Terrible customer service
Odered Product on back order in October. They said it would take a month. To make long story short its been 3 months still waiting. To make things worse had to keep calling them to see what was going on. They have poor communication skills. I gave them my cell several times and they kept calling a different number. When asked to talk to manager, he kept blaming his own employees and how he has no control over back orders. Instead of owning it, he did say he would accept a refund. Overall, I don't recommend because the inconvenience is too extreme.
