If I could give it fewer stars I would. Did not do work agreed upon. Did not stand behind work. Very sloppy and when I tried to get matter resolved I felt I was insulted (insinuated my family was either overweight or unruly - neither are even remotely true). Will have to have chairs repaired again. And, don't think that Service Master will stand behind you with this - I tried and was told since each Furniture Medic is independently owned they had no control over them in reality.

In 2001 Furniture Medic repaired an hope chest that had a broken leg in the move here. Also, detailed trim had to be replaced and you cannot tell the difference between new and old trim. Paint job was excellent too!
