They messed up my order and I asked for athe burger that I wanted the person at the counter asked me..."Do you mind if I scrape the burger off and then just add the thre cheeses."...I have never been asked this and I just said that I will never go to another fuddruckers and I just walked out.

I will never ever go to another fuddruckers as long as I live and I go to one about once a month. GOOG LUCK

Was there 3/02/13 and the place was total bedlam. It took forever to order. Then 45 minutes later, we received raw hamburgers. After we asked for our money back, it took the manager 30 minutes. Then he acted like he had no concern for our experience or that he wanted us back. There were also other groups there (some with small children) waiting longer than us. It was a mess. We will NEVER be back.
