Slowest service ever. Not enough servers for the holiday season daytime lunch bunches. I tried this location twice. (West Broad) Too many nice places to eat than to ever go here again. I will give away my gift certificates to someone else. Got to say these overworked servers were as kind as could be and did the best they could.

Cleanest friendlys I've ever been to.

No complaint on food, but we went yesterday, Friday at 6:30 pm and getting our order took over a half hour. Nothing special, just 2 melts. There were probably 6 wait people behind the counter, and appeared to be only 2 people in kitchen. The booth next to us had 4 people that were there prior to us, and they too were 'waiting' for the order they placed and talking about how slow it took. Our waitress was fine until it came time to pick up our check. Then she disappeared so we ended up handling it to another waitress and left. We were 15 minutes late in our evening plans and that may be the last time we go to Friendly's.

was in over the weekend.... never ate at a Friendlies before....the dinner was great, the waiter (Ben L.) was awesome... great food reasonable prices... we will def be back thro next time we com to town!!!

The food is good as well as the staff who work there but it takes a little to long to get the food to get to you.

This is the worst restaurant that I have ever visited, the place was filthy food all over the floors tables dirty. The customer service terrible, We waited 30 minutes for a raw hamburger which we had told the waitress very very well done asked for a soda never received it. waited 10 minutes to pay the bill. TERRIBLE other customers were also complaining. The sad part of all of this is the place only had a few customers so it was not busy so they had plenty of time to give us are food on a timely manner..\

Every time we go to this friendly's they are out of something. Won't be going back for a long time.

I entered I to Friendly's tonight at approx 5:50pm. I and my family were promptly seated. THEN it happened at about 6:10 or so I decided to get up and go ask for a waitress. The girl looked at me as I had 3 heads so I found a guy cleaning tables and he got us a waitress. Three were 3 of us, one was 4 years old. She took our order but I am sure she forgot to put it in because the 4 year old had Mac and cheese and I had a salad. It took 20 minutes or more to get. Poor experience!!!!

My friends and I went for ice cream at this restaurant today. When we got there, the cashier was short and borderline rude. When I asked her a simple question about a flavor she first brushed me off, and when I asked again acted annoyed and give me a non-helpful answer. When we finally got our ice cream, all the hard ice cream was frost-bitten and nasty. I had to throw mine out. What a waste of money and so incongruent an experience to what I ave come to expect of Friendly's

finally new staff and deff management has changed thank you god this placed sucked before but deff props because it't way better between staff and food its great

this place has changed a lot and finally a manager that makes sure the place is clean and waiters are very attentive and fianlly where they need to be no more waiting 25 mins for water or soda the food is great and hot love it best ice cream too haha deff im offically a repeat customer

On Monday night January 21st my family arrived at Friendly's 5 minutes before closing. The waitresses were dressed to leave and only the owner was there. This amazing woman proceeded to welcome us, cook our meals and serve us in a timely manner. When the kids accidentally spilled a cold glass of water, this woman said "no problem, sit at any other table you like". My wife asked for coffee but there was nothing left. This lady made a fresh pot just for us!! This Friendly's is above and beyond friendly!! We will always remember this stop as part of an amazing vacation and we will always come back!!

Little noisy, had tall blonde wait on me, memorized order to a tee, friendly. Food was fast.

Had an appetizer combo, had 3 items on it; cheeseburger sliders and loaded potato skins were great, and the server Lynette was fantastic (and super-friendly, too!), but waffle fries did not taste good - darker brown both times, first batch tasted like the grease needed to be changed, as well as the second, just asked for more sliders after that, they claimed that the fryer grease was just changed the day before, but I don't know about that (also not sure if they fry fish or other items in the same grease, I had my daughter try them and she didn't like them either). Overall very good experience, just need to fix "waffle fry" issue). FYI, I'm not a picky eater, but expect decent quality when spending $9.00 for an appetizer.

Tried to have breakfast, no coffee ready, had to ask again, took 30 minutes minimum to get the order served, and then it was cold...cold eggs just don't work. This was a return visit in case the first was just an oddity... it wasn't. Won't go back - except maybe for ice cream..

It's a typical Friendly's restaurant. They were a little backed up when we visited, but it was IC Parent's Weekend. The server Jessica was very pleasant. It was clean, and if you are looking for inexpensive food, try this place.
