Staff are always very courteous, friendly, professional - very clear in explanations as to what needs to be done, what the options are. Nothing gets done without your permission, if something additional comes up, they will call you first with an explanation and options.

I stopped at your 97 street Edmonton location because my low tire light was on but when I checked the tire pressure myself the gauge numbers told me there was no problem. I didn't feel very confident in my tires so I stopped to get them checked. 20 minutes later I was driving away confident that my tires were fine and they fixed/reset the low tire pressure indicator...no charge. I would return to Fountain Tire in a heartbeat.
I have been a regular customer of the Mission Fountain Tire over the last 3 years and have taken multiple vehicles for service. What keeps me coming back is the exceptional service that Bill and his staff deliver time and time again. It is very apparent that they put customers first!!!
