Very rude when answering phones. After being told glasses would be in within a week, 8 days later called to see if they were in and lady said they were very busy and she did not have time to look and would call when they are ready. I had gotten glasses here many times before with no issue but very disappointed this time.
First visit was okay the lady didn't tell us anything on what we should be aware of. Store never called us to pickup and we had to ask ourselves! The lady was very rude to us! She had an attitude and was like complaining while helping us! Never going back again!
i made the mistake of sending my mother to this location for glasses for driving at night. the initial visit was okay, but when my mother went to pick up her glasses. she was given the wrong glasses and when she complained that things were fuzzy, the girl told her to go back to her opthamalogist. half way home, my mother noticed the rx was for someone else! she turned around and went back. the girl who waited on her was not there, thank goodness. the error was pointed out and she finally got her glasses. upon complaining about the person waiting on her, my mother was told that she was new. needless to say, we'll not be going back.
