Good selection, friendly employees. Just wish it was bigger

The staff at this store are amazing. I've been to a lot of Forever 21 stores, and this one is by far the friendliest. The staff are happy, enthusiastic, and sincere! Will definitely be coming back. They have a wide selection, the store is fairly large.

I've been to several Forever 21 stores and this was by far the worst. It was clittered and clothes were laying all over the ground. But the worst part were the employees! They are unwilling to help and getting any one of them to smile is impossible. The cashiers were so rude! I literally left my items sitting on the counter and walked out. I was not about to spend money at a store with employees that treat customers like garbage. They are lacking customer service skills big time!!!

I've been to this location a few times. The customer service is usually good until you go to pay. The place is dirty and disorganized.

I love the sales and beautiful clothing but it's unorganized in there. I wanted high wasted shorts and the worker was confused and said idk maybe upstairs or in the front. So I had to keep going up and down the stairs then to top it off I had to go in the fitting room and it was chaos. Boys and girls in the same fitting room and it was super uncomfortable.

This store is a totally different store than what I remember from a few years ago. The clothes are on point and the store is not messy and cluttered like it used to be. The staff is also nice and helpful. Will definitely be coming back!

I just lost my phone in this store and I personally think the cashier stole it and took it home. Someone who has the phone is playing on the phone. Great place to shop but keep all your personal iteams to yourself.

My friend and I went to the mall and walked in to forever 21. In the store my friend lost her wallet and couldn't find it. Yes the workers were kind and the manager checked the cameras but didn't zoom in or anything. We left the mall and arrived at our house without her Vera Bradley wallet, her key chain that had a lot of meaning to her, and her money inside. The workers barley did anything I was very disoppointed.

I really like forever 21 I shop there for my daughter and usually spend a good amount of money every time I shop there but the employees treat people like there stealing just don't like the way I get treated when I'm shopping there will not be going back!

I brought a dress at the domain location two days ago. The store is huge but the staff consist of short patient, lazy girls. Also if you buy here there is a 0 return policy no sooner than you swipe your card.

Not sure if this applies to all Forever 21 location but, why have a phone and never answer it????? I had a general question and was not able to speak to anyone. I think they really need to improve on their customer service skills. I had to go into the store just to ask what is their return policy. Good Customer Service go's beyond helping customers in the store.

I had a dress on hold that I looked around forever for. They said they would put it on hold till end of next business day. Drove to store, said they would look for dress, after 30+ min of waiting, manager forgot about me! Says he couldn't find dress and dismissed me. I don't think he even looked. He was flirting with some guy in the corner..laugh and didn't even look like he was working. This manager is horrible, lazy and condescending. I hope he gets fired! Think his name was Rayner.

I came into this store to shop. There were clothes all over the floor and it wasn't even a weekend. It was a mid week early afternoon. There were a few associates and nobody was helping a single customer. They were up front talking about how they got drunk over the weekend and how they were all out for an associate's birthday. It was extremely unprofessional and such a terrible experience. They need to learn some retail manners and some professionalism along with customer service because I searched the store for what I was looking for and they were more into gossiping than helping me find any items or making sure I was finding everything ok. I'll never go back again!
