What is the use to have a website and not post hours of business. Very disappointed!

Called in 10 minutes ago just to check if certain shoe sizes were available (a female that didn't identify her name picked up). Was put on hold for 15 minutes. Hung up & called back, was put on hold for another 10 minutes! Horrible customer service!

I tired to return a pair of shoes here and they wouldnt take them back dont shop here i had to return shoes at champs and they did DO NOT SHOP HERE EVER

Memphis Finish Line is AWESOME... all of them.

Don't waste your money here, they won't accept return on defective merchandise. I talked to the mgr. and he still refused the return, And didn't honor what was on my receipt. What a joke never going here again.
