I went to the salon on 2 separate occasions to buy shampoo and conditioner. Both times the stylists didn't know the products they sell or what was on sale. Should you know what products you sell and what you use on you clients?
Most of the time, I'm skeptical about large corporately owned salons. This Fiesta Salon was refreshing. There wasn't a long wait, it wasn't crazy busy, the girls were knowledgeable and really paid attention to what I wanted. Melissa did my hair and I counldn't be happier. The prices are decent and their products are cheap.
I will definitely recommend this salon. I had my hair done last week and I love it! The girls were very thorough and showed me how to re-create the style at home!
