Good inventory for being in a small town. Excellent customer service.

I needed some hardware for a job over the weekend and couldn't wait till monday for them to come in. I arrived at the store at 12pm to see if they had what I needed and the guys at the store drove to their store in Milton, FL and Robertsdale, AL in order to get my order together in full and all by 3pm that day. Best part was, they didn't charge me a dime for their travels and the price of the hardware was amazing.

I own a service shop, tried to get salesman to stop by and discuss fasteners. He finally did stop by but never followed through with pricing or any information. I even went so far as to talk to store manager who simply made excuses for poor salesmanship. obviously we won't be using this fastenal branch for anything other than the occasional emergency need from this point forward.

I want to let everyone know the Manager Jeremy helped me out when I was in need of some odd ball screws amd bolts sizes. If you ever need anything ask for Jeremy he will help as much as he can.

I DIDN'T EVEN KNOW WHAT FASTENAL WAS AND MUCH LESS that we had one here in bother but boy am I glad we do. I was looking for a metric bolt that I couldn't find anywhere nbs and crown supply didn't have it and wanted an arm and a leg to order it a friend told me about FASTENAL so I went. When I walked in the store was very clean and well organized the young man working there was very knowledgeable and gave me great service told him what I needed and he had it on the shelf! Plus they have way more than just nuts and bolts they have a great selection of products. I've found my hardware store!

This local branch is great to deal with. Very helpful and great bunch of guys. They aren't the cheapest but you get great products and great service. That's hard to find these days!

Employee make major mistake and sells wrong tap, messes up holes in motor. called store to explain how upset my son was over their mistake...the guy makes a little chuckle as if it was funny... I would not do business at this store or any store this manager manged.

If you want to give your money to a place that employs (managers at the FM location) completely unprofessional people that have a complete lack of integrity and human decency. By all means..... very disappointing to see a branch of such a large company behave this way. It's worth your drive to some up to Burlington.
