I brought in a very expensive item to this dry cleaners. When I picked up the item I noticed they had damaged the fabric. Since then, they have refused to take any responsibility for what they did. They are not anywhere near deserving of the title of Number 1 Dry Cleaner in Omaha. They don't know how to treat expensive fabrics and they are incredibly unprofessional. Trust me, I don't normally write reviews, but I don't want this to happen to anyone else.
