Every single time I have rented a movie from this family video, it skips so badly I can't watch the rest of the movie. Every single movie is a piece of crap from there. I refuse to even walk in the doors of any Family Video from now on. Thanks for wasting my money, I hope this business crashes ASAP. The review forces me to add a rating to submit my opinion, however I believe this business deserves less then one star.

Family Video is the best

I don't understand the negative reviews. Maybe they are in reference to game rental. As far as DVD rental is concerned, they are excellent, with great prices.

Each time I go to the store the staff greet me personally. They are very helpful regarding my requests for movies that may be old. They check to see if they have carried the movie and whether they can get the movie for me. They don't just point to a section of the store where a movie may be, they walk with me to ensure that I get the movie. They make you feel like a friend.

I would be lost without my weekly movie rentals...however it would be great if you had new releases longer, oh and bring back Craig!!! He was awesome!!

Excellent service. Professionally dressed, courteous and responsive staff - very different from other such stores.

I love this location! Everyone is so friendly and helpful. They always greet you and try to help you find anything you need. They are great with suggesting kids movies as well TO THE KIDS!! My kids love going and dive into the car when I ask I love the fact we can have a family night and not spend a whole lot! Plus they do free kids movies how great is that!! Thank you so much for outstanding customer service!

The people are nice but the policies and rental terms are way too complex with what seems to be 400 different types of rentals and associated packages. Plus if you buy a 50 percent off package which allows you half off each rental for a month, if you are late on any rental it is charged to you at 100% which makes no sense. If you rented it the extra day and are entitled to 50% off way are you gauged 100%????

The stores rental policies are way to strict. The rental rates are cheap, but if you don't have a perfect credit score or no credit at all you're forced to put a downpayment on the full amount of the game, even though its previously used.
