Trying to get anyone at the store on E. 185th to answer the phone is like pulling teeth. I have already called back 15 times.

How do you fill out a application for family dollar online do you guys even have one I have been looking for one and can't seem to find one so it would be really helpful if someone could let me know

Someone needs to take the time to update this page, almost went through the trouble of walking up to the store because this site shows the store as being open until 9pm......but just to be safe I called first and gee, they close at 7pm

This family dollar is truly amazing. The workers are always polite and respectful under pressure. The entire crew makes Family Dollar feel like family . I love the crew. They are always helpful, eager to get answers for your questions. If anyone has a problem with this store is just a Scrooge. I would rate this store with the highest marks possible.

Great store for the town of Pine Grove.

This store closed and I miss it since it had brand name items and a great selection of quality items. It saved me a good deal of money and time and inconvenience I now have going to Wal-Mart and Smith's the only other stores out here. I shopped there all the time. Now I have to drive at least 20 miles.

The website states the store opens at 8am. The employee stated the store opens at 9am. If this is a business they need to be on one accord. Change the time to the correct time.

It says they open at 9 but its 9 05 and there not open ???

I just left ur avin park store at 850am hrs state 7 am hr and store not open persin inside says 10 more minutes . Going to dollar general . Wont return again . So mant times visited never greeted . And never spoke too. Store not as it use to be ..also no need i will visit new dollar tree here as well as dollar general . Much friendlier astomoshere. Sorry to see once a pleasure to shop no longer a place i desire so sad .

I wouldn't give any stars if I could. This family dolar is one of the junkiest stores I've ever been in. Sometimes you can barely walk around because boxes are all over & sometimes can barely see the items on the shelves cause boxes are blocking them. The one on Wilson & Broadway isn't much different. Some prices are fair, but you would think, as a dollar store that has generic brands, the prices would be less. I can find cheaper items at stores like Walmart. Maybe they should start would earlier so they can stock before they open the store

I've been comming to this store since it was a grocery store in the early 80's. This is a great neighborhood addition to the community as well as the staff and will be shopping there again!!! ;)

This a great store: well-managed, well-stocked, neat, clean and friendly. I go there frequently for the variety and the deals. Love it!

Today I went in this store with a friend to see the price of an item. We seen it was more expensive there than at another store so we walked out empty handed. The cashier seen us leaving without anything and comes out the door as we were walking and yelled "thank you for not coming into my store again have a nice day!" Needless to say we won't be back

This family dollar is really cool! It always have everything you need. Very convenient area in Oak Cliff and must say a very nice staff.

They usually have exactly what I'm looking for at assumed pricing. A little slow at registers, a little cluttered, otherwise decent location.

This is a good family dollar to shop. They have a good customer service and they know to talk to people when they enter the store.

When i went to this store i had a terrible experience. The store was trashed from the day before and i could not find anything i needed. The manager there was not friendly but ver rude to customers and sales associates. Will not be returning to this store

Employees at family dollar are so rude they hang up every time i call for status of application they hang up instead of saying they not hiring im so disgusted on how they treat people who trying to work their after the continuously actions of hanging up i no longer want nothing to do with family dollar.

I went up there one morning & the young man who actually has a huge beard, & long hair . He's a great worker I've seen him handle numerous duties at once& With little or no help at times. That guy deserves a raise. ;-)

This Family Dollar never opens on time. Most of the staff is rude. And they are always smoking right outside the front door. While there are customers inside unattended.

Not only are the supervisors rude, but they treat their employees with disrespect. seems they hire people who compete and try to get others fired. I've never felt so uncomfortable in a store in my whole life. it is just absolutely disgusting!

Bad area, store is dirty and cluttered and unorganized. Also the recording that plays every 2 minutes telling everyone that they're constantly being watched under surveillance is also really pleasant. Joking obviously! I highly recommend this store to anyone who enjoys taking risks that involve possibly getting shot! I do have to say the female white employees were very nice and I have no clue why they would want to work there.

The arrogant manager at this location will insinuate you are doing something wrong if you try to use internet printed coupons at his store. I was made to feel like a POS for using 3... yes 3 100% legit coupons. There's not much "Family" feeling going on at Family Dollar.

The new store manager I think his name was Paul well I been going to the store there for about. 1 year and it was usually a mess well I walked in and saw this young fellow and as soon as I walked in he greeted me with a smile as I walked around the store I saw a big change it look great I asked mr Paul if he was the manager and he proudly said yes sir I am he was really nice to me I will now feel welcome into his store when he is there

On Septempter 36, I went to the store to return a damaged item with the receipt, The young lady took the garment and stated " you need a larger size?" She indicated that I was too fat and damaged the black shorts. I told her it was sol that way. I stated that the store should not have sold it that way. This is my second bad experience with Family Dollar swelling damaged items. These items shoed be sent to recall..

the location were it is at is so convient if you live in the downtown area i love shoping here and they have so much too look foward to not to mention the employees their are so helpful when it comes to the point were you cant find anythying yourself i give this store a thumbs up for cleaness and professionalisem and 5 stars

While visiting friends in. Syracuse, ny, had the occasion to shop here before a cookout in town. Am used to looking at lousy organized FD stores in Buffalo and Rochester, I was pleasantly surprised to find this store highly organized and neatly laid out. Friendly (and helpful ) staff here way above average for Family Dollar for sure! I will definitely return when I come back for the holidays! Buffalo Gal

I just saw this on FOX 10 news. A casher was robbed because she had over one hundred dollars in the register the management of this store fired her. You've got to be kidding! I dont know this poor woman or the manager but I know I won't give this store a dime of my money because of how they treated their employee. What jerks! Boycott this store!

i go to this store,quite often,and i have never felt welcome by employees.i was in the store 08/12-13,and he person at the register named sean was very friendly,joking with people and the most pleasant person thsat ever worked there,u need more employess like him and he needs to be treated well,because he is a good employee.i hope u let him know how he is appreciated/

Something needs to be done about the temperature in the store. It is too hot in there. There have been alot of complaints about the temperature being too hot. If something doesnt get done soon the store is going to lose their customers. You can't even shop comfortably.

The store's employees, for the most part, are exceptional. It seems the manager is the one who needs to understand that she has one of THE nicest, newest & one of the most frequented family dollar stores in the Memphis area & needs to be taught (or fired if she can't/won't do her job) that her customers command a certain amount of respect in that store as patrons along with her employees. At least she finally started parking away from the front door so customers could utilize those spots. The GM needs to step in & personally check on this store. They are consistently out of products (that means good business) & don't put in an order until they "can" meaning the week the truck comes in. Just my thoughts.

This store is very clean. I would love to see more home decor here.. And possibly a nightime security guard.. There are many young children around and I would like to see them safe..

Not a very friendly store.....no hello, good morning, afternoon, or good evening....no have a great day. No smiles, just not a very pleasant store to shop at, I have been here several times and each time, I feel like I am inconviencing them :(

I went in this store that i sometimes go to because the store that i live by has the worse manager ive ever came in contact with . Well this store was horrible too. I wanted to use my family dollars(rewards that print out on your receipt) and the cashier maria said that she thinks i can only use one since i had 4. She called the manager and he said i can only use one per day. So i told the cashier to give me back my coupon and that i will never shop there again and she said "thats cool". Ive been to other family dollars and they take all my coupons so they lied to me in my face and embarraswd me in feont of othe customers.

Most of the cashier's have good customer service skills. There are about three cashier's that are very rude. I know a few people who said they will not be back because of that. The manager needs to do a better job in who they hire.

I am in family dollar at least four days a week sometimes twice or more in one day but since these two young ladies have been at this location I limit my visits or I simply by pass the store to go to Dollar General. I feel I should have pleasant customer service. These ladies barely speak and when they do its as if they just don't want to. They don't smile. They are simply rude. I or my family will not be visiting anymore.

The family dollar in obt and holden the manager is very rude and he always drunk he drink in hes car i dont think thats very profesional for the company, if you guys want to be a better company you cant have people like that working for you

It is a small store, so they don't carry a lot of brands or items the bigger family dollar's do. They also tend to run out of stuff fast.The staff are great! Always willing to help, great customer service skills, always nice. Store is clean.
