Not one smile or customer courtesy. Negative atmosphere and lazy servicer s. Lack of professional interactions wirh customers. They are not helpful and cto clients and seeing to their happiness and comfort. Fire all the staff to improve it.
Went to eye glass world ask if they could repair hinge on frame.( I am a retried optician and have been to optical school in Los Angeles Cal back in the 80 . I no longer have stuff to fix frame.I I Identified myself as I went into the store.Ask a man with red hair in a lab coat if he was an optician and could help he said yes will just super glue the frame . I explained it needed a new hinge on frame and he insist housing when it needed to be removed by heat and replace with new one. I said ti him apparently you are not an optician because an optician would know how to do this.If you don't know don't say your an optician and lie about it. just say we don't do this here. The so called optician began to yell at me in front of employees and customers of the store. Optician Optician well if you want a real optician you better go some where else. I follow up called the GM of the store and corporate nothing done .If store employees are allowed to lie and act this way they should be dismissed Having purchased 5 high end frames in the past there progressives being late because optics were incorrect and this happening I will be not shopping here again.
I had read all the bad reviews about eyeglass places but this was an excellent experience all around the exam was spectacular too...Like all salespeople, they'll try to sell you options which may be worth the upcharges, just know what you want when you go in...Very nice and very competent staff and excellent glasses.
