This Mobilehas an issue with stolen credit card numbers . my card was ran up within one hour of purchasing gas.als happened to three of my neighbors.

More than a service station! Need food or other products. Fresh coffee! Now a grill offering fresh breakfast on lunches!!

Avoid this location. Bad gas, bad service rude staff. Plenty of other stations in area cheaper & more deserving your business

This attendant was so rude and Crude....can't multi-task? You have a stuck pump @ 7, but can't give me paper towels because it stuck? So you can take this review and see that people just might stop coming there. Behind the glass...nobody wants to get in there. Horrible customer service. In fact, none. I will not stop there ever again...

Won't answer the phone when you need to place an order, never keep anything stocked and just poor management.

Never had an issue until yesterday. My girlfriend and I drove up and the young man immediately gave us an attitude. We're locals, but usually get our gas at the Getty down the street. The gas attendant acted shocked when we told him we were locals and claimed we weren't because he has never seen us before. Then, the creep stared at our car for until we disappeared as we drove away. Beware!

If you enjoy being taken advantage of, this is the place for you. Not only is the gas price sign on the main highway and feeder blank, the costs for gas are backwards. When you swipe your card and select unleaded gasoline, you will pay almost 50 CENTS MORE THAN PREMIUM GAS. That was a fun surprise. The automatic stopper also magically doesn't work which caused a gas overflow-SO filling up which usually costs around $52 cost almost $72 tonight. I'm so angry and I want my $20 back and until they make this right, I am boycotting Exxon.

I stopped here to get gas and several pumps keypad were not working and the one I did find working did not stop pumping gas when I had the auto latch on... Ii got gas all over my car and glove! The gas pumps are in very poor condition and need to be inspected! I will not go there again!

I went in with a flat tire, from the minute I walked in the door I was greeted and helped! I took the tire to the gentleman in the shop, he immediately greeted me with a smile, stopped what he was doing and addressed my tire issue. These days you do not get service like this anywhere. Had I went to a big box store, or even a tire place I would have had to sit in a waiting room for hours. These folks are absolute professional and they only charged $12 for the plug and I needed a valve stem that was $3 what a bargain!!! I will be back and hopefully next time without another flat tire!!!

cheap gas cheap groceries can not be beat

I got gas at this Station on 11/1/2013 and my car Stopped running cost me $600.00 to get fixed.

I was In la grange Texas and used my debit /credit card. someone that worked there copied and then used my card for several charges in houstion I did not use my card in any other places for several days. Before fraudulent charges started showing up . Do not support this place

I got home after getting gas at the Gateway Dr. location. Apon checking my credit card activity on the computer I noticed a charge to Exxon for $74.00 for gas purchase. This can't be right, due to the fact that I was on a motorcycle with only a 5 gallon tank. I called and I'm hoping that prompt attention will be given to this error. I'll be awaiting the outcome. Most of the workers are very rude... They were like that when it was speedy stop and now that its 7/11 it's still like that nothing changed only the name of the store but they should've changed a lot of the employees and started over. The men workers there are ok but the women aren't. They are rude, sarcastic impolite and sometimes just downright mean and bitchy.excuse my language. I understand everyone has problems in there personal life but when you go to work you should leave your personal stuff at the door if that is the reason for these workers to act in such a rude manner cause there job is mainly customer service

I took my new BMW to this facility for the required emissions/VA inspection. I was greeted by Mr Spangler who was quick to tell me I should have bought a Mercedes and if I would have consulted him prior to purchasing an exotic vehicle, he would have told me so. I must have forgetten that everyone consults the guy at the Exxon station before purchasing a vehicle. He continued by telling me what tires I should have among other things.

I know that all car guys believe that their opinion, and their opinion only counts; and I believe as the customer my opinion is the only one that counts. Therefore, my opinion tells me to no longer visit this facility, especially for inspections or emissions.

I cannot believe the bathrooms like this and the staff when I complained said nothing they just work here, are you kidding me? You serve food! Have some pride in your business! Nasty bathroom! Sinks so old falling off walls, so dirty no longer can be cleaned, tile off walls, the stall surrounds have not been cleaned for years and main door won't close and no locks on stall doors! Worst bathroom I've ever been in! You as an owner need to fix this!

Early morning, pulled in to buy some items and prepay for gas, then forgot to pump the damn gas. The attendant noticed before someone else would have received the free fuel and was able to void the purchase on my card. Saved me the cost of another tank of gas. Awesome job! thanks...Cliff

A Caucasian male harassed me for money at their gas pump this morning. He came straight to my pump as there were over four pumps available. He targeted me for money. There was a woman and a baby in the car with him. Be careful, he may rob you! Management was not very concerned about it!

I bought 2 packs of Dr. Pepper 12packs which were on sale for 8$ after I had just pumped $89.00. They were terrible. Totally undrinkable. I went back and told a lady that works there about it and she told me they would not refund half my money for the unopen box. She couldn't give me a reason why not, but when I told her they need to take the rest of the display down, she said she would tell someone about it. A week has gone by and the display is still there. This place is garbage to me now over this experience, and I drive a v8 truck and fill up twice a week at $100 a fill up so they will be losing my buisness.

Two separate occasions went to this station requested $35 worth of gas attendant went to hold casual conversation and let pump go $40 On my card. On 2nd visit requested $35 only received $30 while attendant serviced many other vehicles. More attention is needed to the individual patron.

As of April 2013 this store has gone under new ownership. The store is now fully stocked and has been cleaned from top to bottom. The owners are friendly and have given the store a local community feel.

OMG! It takes forever to pump gas here! I could get robbed, give away the entire contents of my wallet to the beggars and even die of old age pumping gas here. It has been getting slower to pump each time I visit. If I didn't have to use this location, I wouldn't.

Was just to this location @ 9:59:22 am. I had a coupon for $0.10 off per gal of gas. Also had a coupon for Gallon of Milk @ $1.99 and also a coupon for a $15.99 propane exchange. Cashier #008 would not accept all three coupons together! Had to go through the line THREE times in order to "save" at this location. I will NOT BE BACK!

This store is not a good place to shop the sell person is very rude not helpful at all..u buy coffee u have to pay for cream an sugar...ask for change for dollar he couldnt give change even though you buy something.....I wouldnt shop at this store.

I have just read about the abduction of Jessica Heeringa. The owner of this store should be ashamed of himself for not having security cameras in that store. How disgusting. Boycott!!!!!!!!! May God bring Jessica home safely. My thoughts and prayers are with the entire family.

This Exxon station delivers pizzas AND tobacco to underage boys at Hargrave Military Academy. This will be reported to the proper authorities.

I got gas here while traveling to North Carolina from Charleston on March 20, 2013. My car stopped less than a quarter mile later. I had to have the car towed to Charlotte, had to get a rental car, car repairs were $1000 and it took a week for them to get my car running again. No one answers the phone when I call the gas station! I will be going to the district attorney's office next.

We got gas there last Thursday and our car broke down a minute later. We had the car towed to the dealership & were informed that the gasoline we purchased from this gas station contained water. This will cost $1400 to fix! We have tried calling the gas station and no one is picking up. Don't buy gas here!!

You are consistently 10 cents a gallon higher than Grafton ( 5 miles away) and 20-30 cents higher than Milwaukee, it's not transportation costs, it's price gouging. I hope we can organize the citizens of Saukville to encourage the Kwik Trip company to invest here and create some competition.

The car wash brushes only cleaned the back half of my van. I told the guy in charge and he told me to go through the wash again and it did the same thing. I told him the brushes did not clean the front of my van and asked for a refund. He told me it is supposed to work that way and said no refund. What an idiot! I have never been to one that the brushes only clean half the car. To make matters worse, I asked for my receipt back and he told me he threw it away. This place sucks!

My family has called upon the services of the Etowah Exxon several times in the past and the price is always fair and the work is timely and reliable.

i would like to let you know that i visit the Exon on 471 quite often, my two sons often have me stop their before school and after school too sometimes for treats. Everyone their is so kind, there young men and there kind and so helpful, my boys feel at home there. the store is always so clean and organized, my sons even know two of the gentlemen that work there by their first names, Tony and Mark, great guys that take pride in there job, i have seen Tony even sweeping out side the store.Great job!!!! and we would like to thank Tony and Mark for being so welcoming to us...it is nice feeling..Gratefully,georgia matt and charlie

Was in this store last night. Made several rounds of the store looking for small bag of pretzels. Asked the young man at the register if they had them. He said, "You could look for them just as easily as I could, I guess." I was stunned. I looked at him and said wow. I don't think I've ever had someone make such a rude statement. When I went up to pay he said I'm sorry - I didn't mean that like it sounded. How could it sound any other way? I will never step foot in that store again. There are plenty of convenience stores around - I don't need to be treated like that and then give them my money.

I normally go to this gas station and never have any problem. I went there this morning and waited probably 10 minutes and no one came out I even honked my horn to let someone know that I was waiting. Before I had reached the pumps there were two cars there that left at the same time. what the hell? I don't have time to wait for gas attendants when I'm on my way to work. Not good customer service whatsoever. I will never go t that gas station again.

No star rating! This store is not compliant with the the Metro council law passed to allow sell of alcoholic beverages before 11am on sunday...this law was passed last year...seems to be one young employee, any attempt to speak with management gets refutted...gonna call in on this one!

Topped off the tank and wanted to do the same with the tires. Air is no longer free with a fill-up; costs a dollar, and got no air with a frozen hose. Got no refund, either; they're not responsible for stuff that doesn't work. Was told to try again after heating the hose head in my tailpipe a few minutes...not a good first impression with this new operator--gimme back On the Run.

how can whitesboro be 3.19 a gallon when it's 2.99 and 3.02 in Sherman...is that price gouging?

I went to this place for my inspection and although they are strict, what they found was valid and they were very helpful in getting my car up to snuff. I would recommend them highly.
