It is a lovely store but unfortunately the sales personnel there does not reflect the same. The first time the ladies were aloof and I had to actually approach them to purchase a coat even after they watched me try it on several times in the store. The second time I purchased shoes and again I was ignored. The third time and it will be my last as they were quite stand offish and trailed me and adjusted everything I browsed. It is much better to buy their products from The department stores. I am a mature lady in my fifties and this type of customer service is unacceptable.

Arijana and Ginny worked together and with other stores across the country to find me boots in my size and keep me in the loop. This process was time consuming, they always kept me in the loop and it sounded like they were always smiling.

There's a popular Department Store that I always hear about their excellent service which I have never experienced. The new Bar for service should be "Eileen Fisher Service"!

Everyone at this store is warm and welcoming. They exhibit consumate professionalism in their trade. As one who likes to gift, the staff makes it easy to make purchases as they keep accurate records of thier customers. What a pleasure to know the staff of this store. This what shopping should be.
