Visited store today as have a recurring problem with current handset and looking for early upgrade. 15 minute wait, to then receive VERY poor/non-existent product knowledge, and very rude female employee with unbelievably poor customer service skills. Left the store very disgruntled and will be going to alternative supplier to change contracts. Really disappointing
Waited in a queue for a long time. Product knowledge zero. Very rude and no customer skills. You have just lost two loyal customers. Very poor EE.
Went in today and spoke to a guy who was just really odd. Won't be going again.
I have tried to call this shop many times to get an update on my phone which is being repaired...Why do they bother to have a phone if they never answer!!! Annoying, frustrating, angry very angry!
Went into shop after shopping around looking for new phone for son. Out of all shops this was the most helpful, courteous. Dispute being very busy. Bought son phone as best deal out. Went in again today hubby bought phone & changed house line over. I just had to say a massive thanks ........not many staff like these three guys in there well done
What a knob this guy is! I got amazing customer care and I always go back to this shop and I always reccomend this shop! This grumpy guy writing that other review obviously had a problem which stores can't solve and as an arsehole demands that the shop would do it! Some things are only for customer service which is why they have there own number!!! A shop is for sales and after help not account problems
I signed up yesterday, staff were really friendly and patient. Would recommend you go there got a better service than anywhere else.
This store is absolutely rubbish and their staff are completely incompetent, especially the manager! They continuously lie to you, have no interpersonal skills and have no clue about phones. Its probably the worst service I have encountered in years. Go to another store.

If you have an enquiry......dont bother phoning the branch, unless you just want to listen to "we cant come to the phone right now"....go figure, a phone shop, that never picks up the phone! Grrrrrrr
We sign up for broadband, wait for the service to go live then are told its not possible in our area.. What a waste of time! Go elsewhere
I have tried to get hold of someone via the phone and no one is answering, tried many times. Doesn't matter what day or time. Waste of time. Can't believe some business's are struggling for business. Will give my business elsewhere.
I bought a new phone and the sales rep swapped my my old sim card to the new one. She assured me it will be done within an hour or 2 and i was happy to proceed with the change. 3 hours later i realised that i have no service so i phoned my provider who told me i have to wait for 24 hours to be connected. Am so frustrated and angry at the rep who gave me wrong infirmation. Surely something must be out in place to avoid a reccurance of such incidences to customers
I went in there to buy a connector and was talked into a new contract/ phone( iphone5) Was told £89 and £10 chip and pin to make it up to £99 Looked at bank statement and they took£99 and £10 ,tried calling them and left message but no reply so will be popping in the shop this week to have a word! Also was told that no point waiting for iphone5s as won't be out till mid next year....it's now out today 5 weeks later:(. So stuck with an older phone because of there lies Am seeking legal action as fortunately I have proof PLEASE STAY AWAY FROM THESE COWBOYS
Had nothing but problems from this store! Incompetance and lack of customer care. I've been forgotten about 4 times now and my contract is still not sorted out.

I didnt even go into buy anything or upgrade but thr Manager spent ages sorting out my bill and explaining everything to me.
Much better than on the phone - highly commended service.

Before anyone sends a phone in for repair make sure to ask before you part with it how long it will be before being despatched to be repaired and how long that will take .My repair took in all 9 days to reach the repair workshop and a further 10 days for the repair to be completed. It has still not arrived back in Streatham a full 20 days after sending it in . As for reception on eithr 3G or 4G in Streatham hill with ee dont get me started! this is a dreadful company

Worst customer service I've ever encountered, the only thing worse is the shop down the road. I gave one star because it wasn't possible to give nothing. I've been waiting for my phone to be repaired for 5 weeks now and they've not responded to three voicemails and at least 20 calls over the last week - disgraceful

On 8 July 2013, I was given the undivided attention of one of the EE team as we tried to sort out a complicated telephone problem with BT. His service was excellent throughout the lengthy procedure and I was delighted with the result. Thank you for for professional help and advice.
The store never picks up the phone, have tried for 2 days at least 12 times on various times of the day. left message , they never rang back. Gave up.
i was told a service on internet would be done within 24 hours this was repeated for 5 days running and still has not been completed, so,so annoyed at being fobbed off.
am not happy with the help from this store staff,seem more than happy on easy jobs or sorting out their weekend! the staff not friendly or helpfull am thinking of cancelling my contract if only i could speak to the manager who is never there when you want help so help if you want to keep a customer will be down tomorrow
Telephoned numerous times 13.6.13. throughout the day. No answer! very frustrating! the telephone number that i had a message from on my mobile, no one could help with my query as i was not on the system! they told me to go into the shop, and the reason i was phoning was because i couldnt get into the shop!
I went to pick up a letter from customer services at the white rose shop.it was the wrong details on the letter and the shop ass called Lewis called customer services and sorted everything out even though it was nothing to do with the shop.A big thankyou to him

Phoned Inverness store at 4:40pm on a Tuesday and got no reply. Kept trying still got no reply. Called this morning and asked them to phone Aberdeen branch. They refused to do that!
Do NOT buy from this shop the staff are completely incompitent. 10 days ago we bought a phone and it still is not working despite having been back to the store 7 times since and non stop calls over the phone, not one person has been able to set the phone up, each person says to go away and it will be activated in 24 hours, we have told them to cancel the contract and ironically they cannot cancel until the phone is activated! Am VERY fed up and will NEVER buy from this shop again. Buyer beware.
Having been disappointed in the service I received in an EE store in Edinburgh I was delighted with the polite effective response to my query in the Overgate shop. The assistant took time to explain things clearly and ensured that the changes to my contract went smoothly.

The person who wrote the review on here first probably is an EE employee 1- walked in shop and 1 member of staff sitting down playing on his phone 2- I rung the store before I left home to ensure they had the phone in stock I wanted 3- because the phone I wanted was to do an exchange as I bought a handset 24 hours prior in Bluewater they wouldn't swap it because all of a sudden the two handsets that were in stock had suddenly been on reserve for 2 customer Absolutely bollox
I recently visited the EE shop in cascades and was delighted with the help and attention the staff gave me. I would certainly go back again.

There costumer service is so bad they dont want to talk to costumer properly they dont want to lestin what costumer want to say. They want money from costumer for serving costumer. they dont want to serve orange network costumer. they want money for serve them . thats really stupid costumer service..
Title says it all really. Staff are helpful, creative and work as a team. The systems they have to work with (like most in retail telco stores) are pretty terrrible though and hamper their ability to serve customers well and do business. The store manager should be proud of their staff and the regional director should probably give them all a pay raise.
