I was sceptic about buying from Edible in Savannah after reading the negative reviews, but it turn out the store is under new management and the customer service was excellent and my wife was very happy, I would definitely recommend it to friends &family.

This company has bad customer service. Placed an order on valentines day and never received my order. It is now after 5:30 and it's still not here. I had to keep calling them not fair

My wife called to order an arrangement for her mother on her birthday today. After confirming with the gentleman on the phone the order would be delivered today it wasn't. They did make sure they excepted our payment and withdrew it from out account. When we called no one was aware of an order. The only thing that was processed was payment. I'm a big fan of honesty and integrity I would think that is part of franchise value statement. When checked the BBB to see if there are any complaints they are not a member. Another red flag. I hope this makes it to someone that cares about taking care of the customer.
I bought a fruit basket for my son's B. day along with a box of chocolate covered strawberries. the fruits were so fresh and the strawberries were plain out delicious. I recommend them and will use this store again.
My mom loves when its mothers day or her birthday cause that means I'm most likely about to buy her something from edible arrangements! They are kind and friendly. Haven't had a bad experience with them. I'm happy my moms happy and I will continue being a customer.
We ordered a week prior and party never recieved edible arraignments. They never called me and simply told me they'll send next day! I will never use ever again!
Didn't this place shut down some time ago? I hear that the service was friendly, but the prices were sky high. I never had a chance to visit personally, but I wish they were still open so I could have judged for myself.

I live in Florida and have called Edible arrangements in Mt. Lebonan, Pa. several times. The courteous and prompt service given is what you would expect from a store. The arrangements are absolutely beauriful and the fruit is very fresh.
This location was very helpful and took the time with me to ensure that i was selecting the perfect birthday gift for my girlfriend(which she went crazy for). DO NOT mix this location up for the Bensalem Location. I ordered from them and the service was terrible.
My kids ordered this delivered to work on Friday. Instead I have to leave work early and drive to other side of town during Friday rush hour and pick it up myself, This was my Father'sday gift

I live out of state and called to order for mothers day. The prices had gone up but they were very pleasant about it and even took $5.oo off my order! I called this location because the one I normally call is closed on saturday. I will call here from now one. Great customer service and very knowledgeable,friendly staff. this location did an absolutely terrible job on my order, the fruit were sour and some were rotten, and I thought it was mouth watering

This particular store SUCKS! Very rude and can hardly ever seem to get an order right the first time! They are horrible at accomodating the customer. It would be great if they actually spoke english as well!
The arrangements ordered from the Folsom store are not made fresh to order. I was under the impression that when I asked to pick up the order at 5pm because I needed it for the next day (Easter) it would be made later in the day. An employee had told me that. Much to my surprise when I called to confirm I was picking up the arrangement at 5pm that it was already made (at noon). They informed me all their arrangements are made at 4:00am when a crew comes in to make them all. Therefore no arrangents are made fresh to order!! The fruit was rubbery and untasteful! Will not recommend this place ever or buy from them again!
I've order from this store multiple times. The service is always very helpful and cordial. The fruit has always been ripe, and the arrangement arrived on time. Overall, great experience. I would highly recommend these products to anyone. Very different, and it makes a statement!

This will be only my second order with them but the first was so successful and enjoyable that I'm using them again. And these are important events such as family birthdays. I will comment again after the delivery of this next arrangement.

If you want to spend 100 dollars and not get your arrangement on the day it's supposed to be there order from these hacks... Didn't get my Valentines Day present and they turned there phone straight to the messaging system... Order from the one in Cary because these people are incompetent and don't know how to do proper business.

I left MN in 2007 for Florida. It has been very difficult to send gifts to my elderly relatives in Minnesota.My parents have everthing they want. As a health care employee I know that fruit is the best nutritional source for the elderly. My parents (80-90 yo) and aunts and uncles do not have quality fruit available in Minnesota. I have sent Edible Arrangements to my parents and elderly family members for 4 years now. The fruit is fresh my parents love the gift. They get nutriton, do not have to mess with peeling fruit ect its ready to eat. If my aunt uses a walker in her home, the EA employees follow special delivery instructions and will carry the arrangement to the kitchen and put it next to the refridgerator. The EA remind my elderly relatives to refridgerate the fruit-as I requested. I am very satisfied with Edible Arrangements--and recommend them for out of state gifts to MN

I ordered an arrangement from Edible Arrangements on Victory Blvd, Staten Island for Christmas Day. What I thought I was getting according to the ads on line and what I got were two different things. The arrangements on line look so beautifully put together and so appetizing but the arrangement I got was so poorly done and the strawberries were so tiny that you needed a magnifying glass to see them. For $79.00 I expected a beautiful arrangement. I'm just glad I didn't send this to somebody because I would have been so embarrassed, it didn't look like I spent more than $10.00 on it. EDIBLE ARRANGEMENTS IS A RIP OFF!! They really should take a picture of the arrangements they send out and use them for advertising and see how many they sell. Shame on you Edible Arrangements on Victory Blvd. I think they also own the Hylan Blvd location too. If you want a beautiful and plentiful fruit arrangements better go to Orchards from Coney Island, they deliver and will not dissappoint. For $79.00 you will be so impressed by the selection of the fruit and presentation. Of all times to choose to use Edible Arrangements, I picked Christmas Day when I had guest over. Well you make the mistake once never again. SHAME ON YOU EDIBLE ARRANGEMENTS YOU JUST LOST A CUSTOMER.
I have used Edible Arrangements several times for gift and always have received very complimentary remarks. Perfect for the people who have everything. Pretty and decorative as well as tasty.
I have never been more discusted with a business. I ordered an arrangement for my boss who was very ill. Turns out the day of the delivery she was admitted to the hospital, even though she had planned to stay home. The delivery driver had called me furious that she was not home, told me that i should of had all of this taken care of before hand as if i did something stupid. He was speaking to me in a very rude manner so i told him i did not appreciate the way he was speaking to me. He told me that he was "bending over backwards for me" as if i just met him on the street and asked him to do me a favor? Last time i checked i payed a delivery charge and he is getting paid. He told me to pick the arrangement up myself at the store and hung up on me.
The manager of the store did absolutely nothing to make the situation better excpet offer me a delivery to another location. She did not apologize, she actually told me that her driver does not treat people that way and he would not lie to her, implying that i was the liar. I asked to cancel the order all together and wanted my money refunded, i felt extremely offended and did not feel it was right to pay people who treat me that way. She would not refund my money, i asked to speak to the owner who still has not contacted me and it has been two days.
What makes me SICK is that there are thousands of people without jobs, yet such bad mannered and disrespectful people are employed.
