I rented a piece of furniture at that location and overall had a terrible first hand experience with them after one month. They are extremely welcoming at first when they are trying to get your business. After you sign the paperwork, they are constantly sending you text messages and calling you to remind you that you have a payment coming and after a while it becomes really annoying. If you have unforeseen circumstances with payment like after 1 day, they don;t want to work with you or even consider payment arrangements. Overall, terrible business to deal with. My advice, save your $$$ to buy your own furniture at an actual retail store.

The lady at Easyhome was very nice and helped me find what I wanted. I'm really happy with the bedroom suite.

Just left this store.. The salesperson there was too busy watching the TV to provide any help and when we did ask a question I think she was still thinking about the program she had been watching.

The Staff were Fantastic. Quick and Educated to the stores inventory and payment policies. They are also Very Pleasant and are willing to work with the customer's budget needs and NOT push or manipulate the customer to purchase well beyond their means. They always show Respect to the customers and I fell Deserve Respect for the Efforts they make!!!! Thank you very much!!!!!

OMG i experienced the same thing with the staff, i will never recommend easy home, watch the walls, sit on the floor if no cash to buy items, They ask for references which i did, i provided job letter and paystub, next thing i know they are calling my boss and never told me. Very unprofessional, paystaub and job letter is proof i am working why call my boss???? the whole experience was unprofessional i ask them to pick up their items as i wanted to pay monthly and they set up biweekly and the General Manager refuse to change it.I called customer service who advised me someone would call me within 48 hrs but no one did, SMH......

I will never recommend easy home, what was an exciting experience to upgrade my home, the staff were very unprofessional including the general manager, while talking to her she hang up on me. I was only late on my first payment due to time could not come to the store, they advised me because i am late they have to pick up the furniture was alsothreatened i will get sued just 5 days late, they picked up the items less than one month of having it. Worst experience Ever , unbelievable, this experience bought tears to my eyes

Easyhome is horrible, people are very nasty and they took over rent a center and never informed their customers of rent center they were doing it. they brought and took over rent a center contracts with customers aware of what was going on.. very bad business and not professional.. never go to easyhome.. everyone that had a product with rent a center before it changed to easy home is legally able to keep their funiture it was rent a center contract not easy home or was it easy home furniture to start with. so tell them to screw off and keep your stuff lets put easy home under and out of business... Pushy ignorant people. Lets sue them for obtaining our contracts with out our consent..

read other reveiws for this location and wonder if these reveiws were for another store because the staff were very helpfull,quick,and the store was very clean so?? All I can say is if you go to this location you are sure to find the same and yes I did make large purchase and am very satisfied!
