Enough said. Also strongly recommend reading the negative reviews from other rating web sites, sadly, I personally experienced every single thing they mentioned in this "legendary" store. Just wondering how come their headquarters management allows something like this keeps happening.

Donkin donuts Rte 110 has a friendly stuff helping you 24/7 , and caring for your valuable time their sevice is fast and convenient. I recommend it.

HAPPY WORKERS=HAPPY CUSTOMERS. That's like business rule #1. The management here needs to learn how to take care of their employees. I've seen the way the management treats the employees and its no wonder why they have a miserable staff. I think corporate also needs to pay these guys a visit because something is seriously off.

Interesting to know after paying 11.56$ for two sandwiches that i would come to find to pieces of pube hair in me and my friends food an see that people dnt wash their hands after doing trash. the workers at the dunkin donuts by colonie center wolf rd are complete idiots. they need to go back to training on how to make an egg sandwich. They need better manners and customer service I had to return my sandwich 3 times and STILL wasnt right. Just pulled up to the one in Brooklyn park for some goodies the 2 guys working tonight on 3/14/13 watched us get out of the car locks the door in our faces n laughs at us I will never spend another dollar at any dunkin donuts unless there corporate office addresses theses rude skum bags they have working there I have had many bad experiences but this was pure racisum at its best don't work at a 24 hour location if I don't wanna serve black ppl after dark

This is the best location ez-in and ez-out!!! And the convenience the gas station combined. The store is very clean and the staff is very friendly! They have the freshness coffee in town!!!!

It is amazing that a company that relies on selling a product has such little regard for the freshness of that product. How else do they think they're going to sustain themselves in the marketplace. I recently went to this location for donuts with my kids the staff was extremely friendly helpful and nice we couldn't believe how nice they were, however when we got home and tasted the donuts we understood why they were so Friendly the donuts were absolutely stale and a Complete waste of our money.

Went for breakfast. No coffee available and I was not given a reason as to why until I pressed the employee for an answer. I was then told because the water was shut off. At least that's what I think the counter lady said. The music was so loud I could barely hear her. The customer service was horrible, I would not go back.

They really need to get their shit together at the Dunkin Donuts on prim rd in Colchester, VT. Their customer service is terrible. They are rude and they seem to not be able to perform multiple tasks at one time. Where do they find these employees anyways? In the future I will give my money to any other business besides this one! Good luck!

I went to this location last night 2/26/13. A Brazilian lady tooked my orde at speaker and from mo where. She said What"! I'm like excuse me...I repeated the order more then 3 times. She says pull up to the window n I did. When I get there she tells me the CHOCOLATE MACHINE IS BEING CLEAN. After 5minutes at da speaker. Not a satisfied customer

ive been going to dunkin donuts the past few years and I just love it especially the one on 1346 west Brandon blvd but lately its just not the same for some odd reason everytime I go I have the same employee (leighnane) make my coffee not only she always makes it wrong she always gives me attitude about it if it wasn't for her that store would be perfect.

or at least check your reciept before leaving. Poor customer service. What's more, order 1 get charged for 2, and get insulted for free.

Hair in my food, manager was rude and told me to leave if I had any more concerns, so I will now call corporate and file a complaint!!!

While some of the crews that work at this location are capable and high quality, the workers at this location on Thursday were inept and inconsiderate. The coffee was lukewarm and bitter. When I asked if they could heat it up, they didn't know how to make it any hotter.

Nasty people that own it. Watched as they ordered their employees around. Friendly to face but extremely rude behind the back. Can't understand any of the employees except one. Always pushing to get me to buy more and when I say no the female owner rolls her eyes. Extremely disatisfied of this Dunkin. Even if I must drive a little further I won't be returning. If you like eating food off of dirty areas this is the Dunkin for you!

I went to Dunkin on my lunch break and ordered a medium french vanilla hot coffee with cream and 2 splenda got it back to work and took my first sip and it was a cup of black coffee! Talk about disappointed! Have been trying to call to complain and they don't answer the phone either! Very friendly though.

The staff on the night shift are very helpful and talented when it comes to service of the public. Particularly cheryl. She gets my coffee right every time i ask it. She remembers my name and what i drink. She even has it ready for me when i get out of the car. GREAT JOB DD

I have to say without a doubt this is one of the best locations I've ever visit. The staff is always friendly and helpful you always make my order correct. Even when there's a long line in the drive through it doesn't take a long time to get through it. I have never waited more than a couple minutes to get my order. I purposely drive out of my way on my way to work every morning just so I can visit this location.

This place is very convenient for me all if our people who work in Cranston. People who work there are very polite.

The gentleman working over night is very nice. He always goes above and beyond tho make me happy. I always look forward to seeing him.GOOD JOB.

To the girl who asked me how I was doing today and then told me I sounded sarcastic when I told her I was good ~ you need to take a course in customer service, learn how to deal with the public! I have been an avid customer of the DunkinDonuts for many years and the food to the wonderful coffee is outstanding!!! I am somewhat disappointed in the job posted for DD which I have applied for over an month ago on line and at this location, I am still waiting for some type of an response!! Thank You

This store has the rudest and most miserable staff out of all the local stores. First thing in the morning you want from a customer service representitve of any establisment is a smile and to be courteous. Not this place. Half of them look like there sleeping and if they don't lookk like that they can't be bothered to say anything; not even thank you.

This dunkin donuts used to be the fastest and the girls used to be polite.My coffee is ALWAYS wrong i was in the drive thru for over 5 mins one day!!! I used to go there everyday.

Bought ice tea and it tasted sour. There was no way. That it was freshly made. We bought from this store this past summer, and it was good. No complaints. They must learn to make it fresh daily.

Donuts are often stale, the bacon, egg and cheese breakfast sandwich barely filled the bagel, and the staff members are rude. One woman is downright surly. Don't expect to hear a "thank you," from anyone. I heard this DD is under new ownership, so, giving them the benefit of the doubt, I did go back a few times, but nothing changed for the better. I do have to thank them for saving me money, though. Now, I go down the street to McDonald's for a $1 large coffee (and it's good!), a $1.50 Egg McMuffin, and polite service. It's a win!

i have been waiting for the store to reopen. i had stopped in today and the service was the best i have had in a long time also my sandwich was made just like requested and hot. good customer service and communication with the crew.

I have been coming to this same Dunkin Donuts every morning for 6 months now and I REFUSE to get any type of service from the drive-thru lady in the mornings. She is rude and disrespectful. She gets an order wrong and has the nerve to get mad and have an attitude! I don't know what her name is but somebody needs to fix her or fire her! She yells at her employees as well as the customers!

I asked for a toasted bagel with cream cheese. They gave me a tiny bagel that was charred black on the inside. I'm not sure what was wrong with the cream cheese but it didn't look right either (fat free stuff perhaps). I was so disgusted with what they served I took it back. They did give me a much larger untoasted bagel sans cream cheese. I really wish I could post the picture here, but I would not recommend this location.

Exceptional service, immaculately clean, and great customer service and quality product at this location. Their coffee is always exactly the way it should be in Quality, and to my liking. Very hard to come by from location to location for Dunkin Donuts as a whole. Im a very impressed customer, an have been since this store has opened.

I moved to fairhaven 3 years ago. Never had a problem with them! I go there everyday. The staff is friendly and accommodating.

Worst Dunkin Donuts I have ever experienced. I have given this location quite a few chances and I typically get rude service.The last straw was having a snot nosed rude HS girl give me snippy sarcastic service. PLUS It would be nice if they HAD the donuts that are on the menu.PLUS it would be nice if the donuts were not stale.One jelly donut looked completely gross. I hope this place closes but either way I will drive the extra 5 miles or so to go to the other Dunkin Donuts. At least they display professionaism and have the majority of what is on the menu.

Most of the employees at this location know me. I am there at least 4 times a week with the same order. Everyone who DOES know me, knows EXACTLY how I take my coffee. The people at this location are AHHHHH-mazing and there is NO COFFEE IN THE WORLD THAT IS BETTER THAN DUNKIN!!

Ive been to many Dunkin Donuts but this is my all time favorite. I could ask for the same thing over and over or for something completely different, they always seem to make it exactly the way I asked. They know what I like because I'm a promising customer. Great customer services! Even if its 5am or 10am they always have a smile and make a little conversation. Great staff! Everytime I come in this gentleman always looks at me and asking if I'm getting my usual. Which I find very impressive, since they do make probably 300 coffees a day. Hes very nice and always smiling which makes me smile and have a better day. I suggest you go here, you might just become a regular.

Dunkin Donuts in Lindenhurst on Montauk Hwy next to the McDonalds. Friend of mine went in there and noticed a sign posted on the window from LA FITNESS stating that they were offering hot showers, warmth, and lights to anyone who needed to come in, not just members. My friend watched in horror as the manager of Dunkin Donuts took the sign down, rip it up, and throw it in the garbage!! She asked the store manager why did he take it down and he said I can't allow advertising! She told him that she would not patronize his store anymore and he followed her outside calling her a BITCH!!! This man is glad to take the people of Lindenhurst's money but wont allow them to be helped in the smallest of ways! JOIN ME IN BOYCOTTING DUNKIN DONUTS, LINDENHURST NY (next to McDonalds on Montauk Hwy)!!!!

This is an awesome location. The girls here always have my order waiting for me. they are all so friendly.

This was my 2nd visit to this particular DD and I wouldnt recommend it to anyone. The employees there were so blatantly rude & had little to no work ethics. They proceeded to curse at me, call me out my name & threaten me upon my arrival 10mins prior to closing. They repeatedly told me that they were closed when the sign clearly said open & the doors were not locked. For the longest they refused to serve me & and when I tried to sit down, they literally pulled the chair from under me. All this in front of my sister and 6 y/o crying child. When I talked to the manager about it, nothing was done. Needless to say i will not be going to another DD again. Guess its starbucks for me..
