If I could give them 0 stars I would. In the morning and afternoon slow at night you can't even get a response. The employees are never found at night. They always screw up our order. Never would recommend this

Fantastic maple-crème donuts! We stopped both directions on the highway. We don't have them in the Midwestern part of US. Thank you for allowing us to slow up the morning rush line with our Americain money! :)
Nasty! On a couple of occasions I witness the employees cleaning, handling money and serving the food with the same gloves! Brought it up to the manager and said she'll take of it! But after a couple of time seeing the same awful cleanliness, day and night , will not patronize this DD!

This place is great, I been coming for the past two months and the service is unbelievable. I love walking in and talking to all of them , very friendly people and my coffee is made before I order.
I frequent this place at least three times a week. Sadly I have never been here once and received exactly what i've requested. I'm lactose intolerant and can't eat cheese and I do not like eggs. Each time I ask for a turkey sausage, no egg, no cheese, I get at least one of them on my turkey sausage. I know that people make mistakes, but why are they making this mistake each time I visit? Sometimes I'm the only customer at the drive thru window and they continue to give me an incorrect order.
Hate your new cups. Bottoms are too small causing it to tip in my cup holder. Cups are warm as soon as I receive it, not like the Styrofoam cups. Lids can't be closed after opening to stop spilling. All in all, a lousy change that makes me want to drive a little further east for a coffee.
Just went in for a cup of coffee and a donut, am now otw to a different location. 2 women working inside were extremely rude, although they may think they were being funny. Uncomfortable and unsuccessful experience. Very disappointed.

The new store is very lovely! Beautiful scenery inside and out. I enjoy going there because it's convenient for me, as I work near by, and your service is great. Your staff manages to handle the many customers that come by the store at all hours of the day, and are quick + efficient. My order is always handed to me with a smile. I am pleased with the way this store is run. I have seen the staff and even manager(s?) on the floor doing so much; I think the dedication and effort put into this Dunkin Donuts by these employees is phenomenal. I have so many wonderful things to say about this Dunkin Donuts because I love meeting people who do their job well and happy!! Thank you for your great services and your delicious coffees.

The manager is terrible and cannot speak English very well. He yells at employees instead of trying to help them fix the problem. I was eating the food that I bought there and he kicked me out just because I was friends with one of the employees. I was a paying customer, and that was very rude of him.

Love Dunkin Donuts. This place had fresh donuts but horrible service. 6 people working there but only one behind the counter Line out the door and the girl was so slow. Asked for ice water. Waited 15 minutes then just gave up. Guy before me ordered an ice tea and was still waiting when I left. Hope they get better. Love their donuts.
I have gone to this shop a number of times and they wont have donuts.I was there twice today and they still have the same two types of donuts. For being a donut shop don't you think you need donuts?
It's really upsetting when you go to dunkin donuts to get something that you have been wanting for awhile and when you go to drink it it doesn't taste what you asked for. This is not the first time it has happenend. If you do not know how to make do not put it on the menu or say you do not have it.

I have been to this location several times with no problems until today. I purchased a iced latte butter pecan and sipped through my straw someone's piece of fake hair (weave) that must have fell in the ice or cup. Management need to make the employees tie their hair back or wear hair nets.
They need to hire more than 3 workers who speak and understand English. This place is a joke. Please hire some English speaking workers

You never get what you ask for! There is no coffee in your iced coffee! Mine came out completely white, all cream! When I sent it back and asked for less cream, it came out lighter if that's even possible!

The new store called Salem Cafe will take the Dunkin Donuts store on Salem Church Road Fredericksburg VA! Will open 17 th of February 2014! The place will be great with more things and same things as Dunkin Donuts! Must try it out!!!

Service, cleanliness, accuracy, coffee, all excellent. croissant egg/bacon/cheese, 2 on 5 star scale, lacked flavor, tastes, and are those really eggs and the thinnest bacon on earth? Turkey sausage, cheese, egg on English muffin, 1 on 5 star scale. No taste, the cheese was hard and did not melt. The muffin felt sliced right out of the bag and was awful, and then there was that so called "egg". The turkey sausage was hot and had some taste. I suggest stick to the great donuts and excellent coffee, and let Mc Donalds Hardees, and Burger King handle the breakfast sandwiches.

I went there 1-20-14 and Carmen was so genourous she is a hard and kind worker!!!! Will recommended tellen people how good this place it was down hill for awhile.. she has a great additude and is very people friendly

I went to the drive thru at this location, got a large coffee, and drove down the road about a mile before i opened it. This coffee tasted like warm brown water. I didn't have time to turn around, so I ended up dumping it out. I just wonder how many pots are made without changing the grounds? I always go to dunkin donuts for coffee, but never again at this location.

It never fails when I go to this Dunkin Donuts that my order is always wrong! It's really not that difficult! I order a large coffee black and no sweetener sometimes I add a turbo shot of espresso...again not that difficult of an order. I always receive a large coffee with cream or with cream and sugar! Complete opposite and same thing happens when I get iced coffee. Really upset with the customer service... no longer a customer at this location!
This location can NEVER get an order right. I've had so many problems with this dunkin donuts. Lazy workers with no job integrity.
Went over for a coffee and some hash browns and donuts....one little girl was trying to run the whole place while her "manager" and I use the term loosely was unloading the truck. Regardless of how many cars stacked up at the drive through, one women actually parking her car and coming in because she couldn't get served...this "manager" refused to come and help the girl even when I yelled loudly that she needed help. None the less I paid for a coffee and two orders of hash browns that I never received. Evidently the person who wants to get paid the least gets to be the boss.
Store was not open as per the posted hours. Supposedly open until 1 am, but they were closed at 11:15 pm when I went by. And the open sign was still lit, though all the other lights in the building were off. Also, no response to phone call, not even an answering machine.
I go first thing in the morning and you get served very fast here.

I have YET to receive an order correctly since this location has opened. I ask for a decaf coffee w milk and splenda and receive a flavored regular coffee w cream. The cups are never marked with the order. I always order a croissant w/egg and bacon, no cheese, and it always comes with cheese. They are rarely friendly, if anything, awfully rude. Terrible customer service.
My already overpriced breakfast (a bagel sandwich and coffee) just went up in price 51 cents overnight with no warning. I hate the food anyway, I only suffered through it for the coffee. No more. McDonalds? I'm Lovin' It!
It is so funny you stop in there at nite they never have donuts, I always try to stop around 1030 pm and what is there nothing that we want, I asked one time and the girl said we make our last donuts at 530pm I said you are a donut shop how can you sell something you don't make, any way just will not stop anymore, also stopped last nite the guy behind the counter was a real jerk!

Why is all Dunkin Donuts so bad at night especially the ones on Connecticut Ave in Norwalk CT! Especially one that’s been on CT ave the longest (544 Connecticut Ave) really piss me off at night the damn man fucks up my latte and then gives me a damn plain donut knowing that I ask for a blueberry donut I would rather he gave nothing at all then to charge for something I didn’t want… The lattes taste so water down I might as well got bottle water. Group of 8 needing to get on a train waited nearly 20 minutes for 6 breakfast sandwiches. The poor gentleman taking our order was completely lost...but was still able to charge me over forty dollars for our purchase. This was on a Sunday morning at 7:30, not rush hour. We had to run for the train 8, when I finally told the prep person to throw what they had in a bag. I'm not a fan of dunkin donuts, but after this experience, I will never grace their doors again.
I admit I'm addicted to iced coffee and this store is on my way to work. However, they way they run this particular DD drives me crazy. Unless you ask - every time - you will never get a receipt, a bag, or the correct change. When I use my debit card, I always want a receipt (I've seen many news stories where the cashier charges you more than the total and pockets the difference). However, unless you ask, you don't get one. If you order a bagel/sandwich, they give it to you wrapped, but no bag (so there's no where to put my trash when I'm done), and if you use cash, they always round your total to the nearest nickel (they don't want to use pennies)- of course in their favor. But my main issue is that even when I ask nicely for a receipt and a bag- each time -they give me the most annoyed look. So much for customer service. Now I just pay them in pennies just to annoy them!

Its been a while since I visited this store, Manager there was great very friendly and my Pumpkin coffee was excellent.
I don't know what it is with this place they mange to mess up the order every time I go there my coffee is consistently made wrong today I asked for an everything bagel with vegetable cream cheese and received a severely burnt plain bagel with lite cream cheese. I have decided I will start making my own coffee and will buy fresh bagels and not burn it. I wish I could post a picture to show my dark ice coffee which is practically white and my black bagel! The staff is rude on top of everything!!

I was waiting for my toasted blueberry muffin when out of my peripheral I noticed that the 26 had arrived. Not being one who likes to wait for buses I told the cashier to give my muffin to someone else (as a gift) as I darted out of the store. I hopped on the bus, the doors closed, and as I sat down I saw the Asian cashier dart outside. She made the bus driver reopen the doors, jumped on the bus and yelled "Blueberry muffin toasted"! I got up, took my muffin, and kindly thanked her.

This is the worst dunkin donut I have been to in my life. The two women working in there were so unprofessional with bad additudes. I thought I was in the ghetto when I was ordering. I will never spend any of my money or time there again. And when I asked to speak to the manager one of them said of the other one that she's a manager, which I doubted and called after I left to speak to the owner - the one responsible for hiring these people and I was told repeatedly that she cannot give out any number to me and was not helpful at all. If I had a number I would report these people.
Just went to the store in Ontario and ordered a glazed chocolate, pumpkin, and a cream filled donut. The glazed had no glazed, the pumpkin had no cream, and the through in a boston cream instead of white cream. Very poor place to go.

have been to DD in hampstead 2times. first time, they told us 3 or 4 different things they were out of - advertising Tea then said we are out along with some other stuff. Staff not very friendly. got some donuts today for work, the filled were NOT filled at all and the covered were not covered very well. donuts were fresh but missing what they are suppose to have. :(

I tried numerous time to give this site a chance, but they failed at every attempt. The bagels were obviously not fresh,since you had to bite into them and tear or rip them from your mouth like a piece of rubber. The donuts are also not fresh. Every time I was there, someone in line received the wrong order, or contents of their order were left out. DO NOT go to this location, and drive the extra mile to the one in Roxborough.

been to many DD's never was I so angry. stop in for coffee and donuts husband has to use restroom (long drive) need a key to which one employee points to other, 2nd employee tells us bathroom broke, my husband says well what are you using, so then he says, it's being cleaned, floor is drying. was also a lie!! so we sat. the two employees spoke to each other in another language and then brought out the mop bucket HA! I even had tipped the person. Now I know why I didn't get a receipt, for exactly this reason, so he couldn't get a bad review. Had to look up exact location myself

I normally don't do things like this, however no place seemed more deserving than this Dunkin. There is no place that knows how to mess up an order more than here. I won't even get started on the coffee, the level on inconsistency and lackluster approach to making it is pathetic at best, regardless of how many times you order. Now, I am a college student. I moved to Cranston a couple years ago, and early in the morning I have a 45 minute commute to class, leaving me with little wiggling room. At least twice a week I go in and order the same thing, a Turkey Cheddar Bacon with NO cheese and extra sauce. And yes...I stress it every time. Now, I could deal with sauce problems. Honestly....if they forgot sauce it wouldn't even be the end of the world, but every day what do I get...a bun soggy with melted cheese in it that I did not want (they don't appreciate when I simply ask for a turkey bacon with extra sauce). All I'm saying is that the attention to detail is awful. I hope this message can get through.

Since this location was taken over by either new owners/managers, the shelves are always bare especially in the morning when people want to do their "america runs on dunkin" Plus they look like they just rolled out of bed and very disorganized. Bring back the other people that were always there and were friendly and prompt. I might have to go out of my way and go to the new middle island DD. Very dissatisfied.

I went through the drive thru around 1:40 today and I had ordered a small pumpkin spice latte. But when I got to the window I realized just how small the "small" lattes were so I politely asked him if he could make it a medium instead. He said absolutely! So I paid, pulled around and came inside. He was so nice about everything and I apologized for the inconvenience. I have to say it was the best pumpkin spice latte I've ever had. Good job! & thank you!

I have found that every time they hire new young people at the drive thru that they are not properly trained on how to make a descent cup of coffee. Nothing aggravates me more than driving away with a lousy cup of coffee. I like a lot of sugar and order it that way but they just can't get it right! The kids making my coffee probably don't even drink coffee so they don't have a clue! Just saying...
