I was shockingly surprised by how poorly this store is staffed. At least in my experience. I was looking at hunting supplies and was commanded/barked at in military tones by an apparently distressed military service member (and I LOVE our service people, Thank you to each of you who serves our great country) to GET AWAY FROM THE GUNS AND GET AWAY FROM THE CABINET. Apparently I wasn't supposed to be between a cabinet and the secured guns to learn about them. After this poor customer service person barked at me, I apologized for the mistake and went to look at the ammunition while the "customer service" person talked with another customer. After he was done with this person, he walked right past me without looking at me or asking if he could help me. "No sale to support your job!". I'll go elsewhere to buy sporting goods every time now.

The manager is the only one that was allowed to sell firearms,but he was busy unloading a truck. I would have to wait an hour in order to make a purchase. I will never go back there.

False advertisement, disorganized, prices not marked correctly, example 30% off all snowboard helmets only applies to certain color price tags which is not stated in sign. whole store is like that.

This store is awesome, the store manager is a great example of customer service. I think her name is Tabitha. She helped me with finding the best options for my needs. She and her staff are very friendly and helpful.This is the only Dunhams I will shop at. Keep up the good work!
