I bought my daughter a wedding dress from out of state and she took it to the Dressing Room for minor alterations. What a mistake! They ruined her wedding dress - the hem is so crooked - it is 4 inches too short on one side. and they refuse to take responsibilty for their screw-up!! I would not take anything to them - the work was AWFUL!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Alterations here are a joke. I could have done better on my own wedding dress. So bad that I had to take it to another seamstress who didn't stop exclaiming about the terrible job they did. If you insist on getting alterations done here, the only thing I beg of you is that you make them write everything down and sign it.
