This store has a significant turnover of personnel which may be the reason for the lack of quality consistency of their products. I have had both partially baked and burnt pizzas from this location. Oftentimes, not necessarily an "edge to edge" pepperoni pizza.
However, employees have always been pleasant.
I order pizza 9/28/13 online 12" with pep, sausage, cheese! Well it came and was not cook fully the pizza was sloppy made and raw. Well I tired to call that night no answer so I called today and Shawn answer (mgr), I was explaining to him the problem as I was talking he said "Well do expect me to give you something free" I said well I just was letting you know what was going on. i am trying to talk to him and he was over talking me, like I told him I wont even feed it to my dogs! I just feel you work in the public and I know every customer out there arent trying to get something free all the time, u have to treat people with respect if u want it back! I dont want another pizza i dont even want me $$$ back! I am just gonna keep eating Grand Dads pizza on morse rd!

I love Donatos Pizza. I must say this is worst than a reheated pizza at a truck stop. The pizza lacked ingredients. The edge to edge is lacking space to the center. The pizza was very over cooked to the point of burnt..Where's the sauce? This is a sad that Donatos charges more than others and delivered such a poor quality! This store will not last in Dublin!
Great service, great food. Sierra, the girl who took my order was extremely helpful and nice. :) I love this place and Im sure to be coming back again!
This place is the best pizza load with toppings. The head boss Jeff is so friendly and the staff are very polite. This is forever my new pizza place.
I haven't had Donatos in years and was staying near Polaris Mall and decided to try it. It was fantastic. I liked the extra cup of pizza sauce(two choices) they give you. Even cold it still was very good. That is a true test of a good pizza. It was better cold than some hot pizzas I got from other chains.
