I was wondering why you allow soliciting in front of your store when there are signs up through out the shopping center stating NO SOLICITING? Not to mention the flute player is terrible.

Not a bad place for $1.25 stuff but, they have screwed me over many times by charging me for stuff that I had not purchased and didn't even end up in my bag or charging me for someone else's stuff. I find it wasteless that they wouldn't even give me my money back or do anything about it. The staff were not helpful on questions and were barely at till when busy. I stodd for 10 mins at till before someone even helped me. I found the experiences poor quality and will defiently not be going here again after the last mishap!!

I was so dissapointed with this location for a merchgandise dollar store.. The staff are not friendly to non hispanic heritage customer.. Staff should not be choosy who the sustomer is thats not good for your business reputation problems are left home not brought to the store to be rude to customer.. The manager is also rude and snobby racist and impolite i give this store no good recommendation to my community

I love this dollar store, I know how hard it can be to stock in between dealing with customers so yeah stuff gets left out time and again but I'm not there for the cleanliness of the isles Im there for a killing deal on party supplies! Happy to have you in Westbank!

They usually have everything I need for a last minute party, garage sale or hobby project. Their hours are also very convenient.

The Dollar Tree is much better then Dollarama. They have better things (then Dollarama), plus things at The Dollar Tree are cheaper then things at Dollarama.

You couldn't ask for a more helpful and pleasant staff!! Always there to help and always smiling. They even chuckle when they here the old joke "how much does this cost?"

Staff is not polite, refuse to help customers. This store is dirty and disorganized. I would suggest customers shop else where.

Your sales associate Michael is wonderful. He was so very helpfull to everyone and so nice. It appeared he was all alone but doing a great job. With a smile on his face and a kind word. I will return and tell others about Michael and the pleasure of shopping.

the manager there was so rude every time I went in there .that explains why they are going out of business .I wont put her name here but it starts with and L and ends with a N I wont go back there ever again .I gave that store many chances to be polite and every time they are rude and every time it was rudeness from the manager .never going back again ill go to the one down the street

Love the fact that u can go there and everything is actually a dollar.. I drive truck with dump trailer haul lime to steel mills and to clean my trler I use THE WORKS cleans lime right off !! LOVE IT!!!

I'm in my 40's and my son is a teenager. We went to the store to check out the freezer\cooler section they now have. We filled the buggy up entirely with food. $97.00. Well worth it!!!! The food is good! Cheap! And of course we entered the sweepstakes (didn't win yet). The staff memebers were all very helpful, everyone spoke when you entered the store, staff spoke as you passed in the aisle and offered assistance. I honestly just didn't except all the great customer service and terrific items. I've been in and out quickly before just for a balloon or card or gift bag. But this time I actually shopped a while and realized its a wonderful place to shop! We will be going back A LOT! And the best part to me is 2 customers and the cashier said "Y'all must be college students?" I laughed while saying " well we could be, but this is actually my son!"

I shop here for birthday cards and cleaning supplies. Everything a dollar and it gets the job done. Im planning on buying some storage pieces soon.

This store is ALWAYS clean, neat and simply very well organized. I find the items I'm looking for and I am completely satisfied with the quality. The employees are personable, professional and helpful. The Office Manager and all the Associates deserve the 5 stars!

This location keeps in stock a lot of the items I would buy on a regular basis i.e. energy drinks and the norm in snack substances. It stocks the plethora of dollar tree inventory that the big stores have just condensed into a tighter fit.

They have a lot of stuff for $1.25 or less, I have saved a lot of money by shopping there. They have a great team of employees. If you want to save money and get out of the "gong show", then dollar tree is the perfect place.

This store has gotten to be a disgrace it is a newer store in the neighborhood that at one time with the right help was very clean and had very nice employees The floors were very unkept and filthy looking it seem no one bother to vacuum or sweep them.The shelves were poorly stocked and boxes were blocking aisles.I only saw two people working in the store one being the cashier and she was so busy talking on her phone and had an attitute when asked a question.You really need to get someone in there who knows how to manage a store properly as I am sure if this continues people will be going elsewhere I know I will...Store is in Glen Cove , New York 11542 store number is 3989 and was there at 9:30 am today 8/2/13.

Pretty much any Dollar Tree or Dollar Giant has boxes in the aisles or stuff being out away. It's a dollar store and needs to be compared as such! Always new and different stuff coming in! It's actually quite surprising at what you find. Any Dollar Tree/Giant has always been far and above any dollar store selling everything for under $1.25. So what if there's stuff in the aisles. Walk around it.

Good prices but the quality isn't good which is a given. I go there time to time to see what they have or if money is running low and we need a few things.

The Dollar Tree Store here in Santa Paula has the nicest employees. Every time I've gone into the store to shop, which is pretty much every other day, I'm greeted with a hello and am always approached by an employee asking me if I need any assistance. I tried to buy 10 cans of tuna marked $1.00 each in the bin. The clerk rang up $1.25 ea. When I challenged it, she sent the male clerk to check the price. He came back with the bin price tag marked $1.00. She wouldn't honor it.

I love the Dollar tree's in Bay City all the worker's are friendly and you go into them only needing one thing and come out with a bag full ..They have from birthday stuff to household thing's... The dollar tree at 4122 E. 22nd St. never opens up on time. It's either 5,10 15 minutes after 8:00 and to day I waited until 8:27 and still the store wasn't open and there were several people waiting to get in. Not a good way to run a businesses.

I love the dollar tree, and especially this one. They keep it very clean and all the workers are very nice. It's a good place to go for name brand makeup, cleaner, toothpaste and toothbrushes, and food. You can save a lot of money going here, I highly recommend anyone to go to the dollar tree. I had nothing but pure good service with this store. It is the cleaniness store in the entire dollar tree store in Lubbock. I have gone to every store in lubbock. This store has the cleaniness restrooms including great service from the manager and cashiers. They always great and very helpful. I commend them to be the best store in lubbock.

This is the cleanest, most well stocked Dollar Tree in Orlando. The employees, to include management, are friendly, helpful and make visiting their store a pleasure. One con: they need to clean the long walkway in front of the doors!

I shopped at this store and the sales clerk was very rude and did not want to sack the items which were breakable, separately. I had to tell the manager. I called a different time to try to obtain an employment verification and the store clerk did not know their fax #, would not give me her manager's last name and when I asked for the corporate office number left me hanging on the line and never returned

the staff is always helpful with a smile and the prices are never a surprise as they are in other so called dollar stores.

Has some good deals sometimes but the customer service leaves a LOT to be desired. Poor little checkout people have to answer the phone while management sits in the office and twiddles their thumbs.

I love shopping at dollar tree, it is one of my favorite stores. However they do have a sign out front on their door that says they close at 9, but I have gone several times at 850 and them be closed. Tonight I went it was 853 pm and tried to open the door and the lady that was there rudely told me "WE'RE CLOSED". I don't know who to file a complaint with so I am posting this review in hope that this matter is taken care of.

The employees are exceptionally polite and courteous, but I can't say the same for their boss. The boss was chastising the cashier who was busy working her but off, as there were many customers. He was all upset because she didn't empty some boxes. She was busy doing her job which was taking care of customers. He should never have done that in front of customers. That's very unprofessional, and I didn't appreciate his disrespect of the hard working employee in front of customers

I will NEVER shop here again, it's not worth the discount prices. A girl at the store was on her phone screaming and swearing at the top of her lungs. The worst part? She was an EMPLOYEE! I couldn't believe it. That was the most disgusting, unprofessional thing I have ever seen in my life. In front of me and a group of other customers in line. Just awful.

It appears that the manager for the store at the above address is either unaware of how to order merchandise before being out or he/she simply doesn't care . This store has not ordered a supply of Vaseline for the last seven months . This is unacceptable ! This is a basic responsibility of any retail manger . It might be a good idea for upper management to address this matter with the manager at this store location .
