Worst place to go and worst customer service. Horrible and careless customer service. Two weeks back I had rented a van from this place. I returned the vehicle after some day at the same location. After sometime I got a voice message that the vehicle was not returned, the returing time was expired and they rake legal action against me. I was shocked hearing the message. I checked the receipt I got when I returned the vehicle, they had totally messed up. They gave totally different receipt with different persons name and different vehicle information. What a careless people. They are rude and dont know how to talk to their customers. I never go this place again and dont advice anybody to go their.

Rented a car on 1 May at National airport. Asked for directions to get on parkway to cross at Key or Chain bridge. Clerk gave me directions to get on in the opposite direction and ended up having to get off 395N in rush hour in the middle of DC. Nightmare and a stupid thing to do. Returned car to Dulles on 15 May. Told no drop off charge, no fuel charge, good to go. Now have an extra 75.10 added on to my credit card which I'm disputing. Very poor customer service.

I went to Dollar Rental in Orlando Florida,Mr Matynaitis Mantas was the person attended to me,he was very very nice to me I will recommend any body to him.

I rent a lot of cars from different companies annually. These people here in Vail/Eagle are amazing. They asked all the normal questions, trying to get me to upgrade, I stood tall and denied any extra charges. No problem. Don't forget, you are signing a contract, so PAY ATTENTION renters. it is up to you to be comfortable with what they are doing/saying. If you have a problem with $$$$, tell them before you sign. common sense is key here. I will always use Dollar when I fly into Vail!

I recently rented a car from dollar rental and after returning the vehicle with a full tank of gas was charged another 53.00 dollars for them having to put more gas in there. I think this was very unfair to the customer because I have a gas receipt showing I filled the car before bringing it back and still was charged.
