I was told I needed 4 new tires. Safety issue. Glad I got a second opinion. Actual cost $0. I'm a single mom who lost her job. I could have really been taken. Shameful that these selling scams exist.

Never going back there again. Horrible customer service as well. And they took off my first comment. Wow! Forgot also to put my spear tire back in my car!

Had a horrible experience. They seem to give you the run around. Forgot to put my spare tire back in my car. I am not the one to go out of my way to complain but I felt humiliated and taken advantage of. On the bright side happy holidays!

I travel less than 4k miles a year. Bought my Michelins from Discount Tire. Paid for a "lifetime" free tire rotation and balancing. What was not written/mentioned was that it is only a "10" year free rotation/balancing. After 10 years Discount Tire considers the tires "unsafe" even tho there is lots of tread left on them. I have always purchased my tires from them, but no more. will take my business elswhere.

A gentleman by the name of Orlando, sold me tires. His knowledge and professionalism made a big difference. I stayed within budget and was in and out in no time. I'll definitely go back.

Got a flat...called the at 5:58 pm and Bill invited me to come right away and they would take care of my flat. The guys were all pleasant! I have always know Discount Tire was good but this was terrific!!!! No wonder I have been a customer for 20 years!

Took my daughter's car in to get a 2nd opinion about the nails in her tires. I was told at the dealership they could not be repaired and gave me a written estimate on 2 new tires. The tires are Bridgestone so not cheap with only 18,000 miles on them. I took the car to discount tire the next day and found out that both tires had staples in them and could be fixed. I worked with a guy named Jerry that was very congenial and knowledgeable. There was no charge for this service so I was elated to say the least. I highly recommend Discount Tire at this location.

I'm a long time customer with discount tire and every time at this location on greenfield, there service speaks out. I had an issue with the quality of a set of tires and discount fixed the problem. Yes my business will stay at this discount tire.

Not only did they not put ANY of my hub caps on correctly, they also did not tighten one of the tires enough. They do not seem to care what they do to your car as long as they get your money.

These guys win new customers because they are courteous and they do a great job. Everyone at Discount Tire knows how to work and work hard. Good people. Quality work. Bought lots of tire from them.

Went there this morning. Was there for 30 mins getting my tires rotated. They do a great job. No hassels they just get the job done are nice to every body. I bought my tires there and they beat the other competiters.

I have a 2009 Lincoln and needed tires in a hurry. The only set they had were not exactly the correct size, but had worked on other Lincolns. It effected my gap so had to change them, they went back with the factory tire which was very a very rough ride ane was not happy with that at all, I asked again if we could get a better tire and they allowed me to change my tires 3 times to get a tire I would be happy with. I have Michelins now and love them. Thank's to Donnie and Discount Tires for their patients with me. I will definately recommend their customer service and staff to anyone that is needing tires.

i bought a car so i was very limited on cash. i blew out a tire on my 4x4 so i have to have the same size all the way around. let me say they were a big life saver. they gave me a great discount. if it weren't for them i dont know what i would do. great service.

I've visited this location in Dallas/Addison (Prestonwood area) on numerous occasions and the customer service surpasses that of not only any tire retailer, but even other Discount Tire stores! Low wait times, appointments accepted, service with a smile, incredibly clean store and service area. Highly recommend this location above all others!

My Daughter ,3 kids under the age of 11 and my wife from Ohio had a rather tense moment while shopping and my daughter called me on her cell phone to tell me that they were getting in her van and noticed her right front tire was almost down to the rim on air and I told her to not make any drastic decisions before I got there and I would be there in 20 min. I'm a person that does not like pressure salespeople or sales people that take advantage of a lady with very little knowledge of how tires and other parts of a car work and people will take advantage of those people. I was very impressed with the Gentleman"Gilbert" behind the desk relaying orders to his fellow service people with respect to all involved. I was Service Manager of a Goodyear store in our town in Ohio and I am 71 years of age and I know what it takes to make a person happy when you are in that position. My next trip for tires while visiting Texas will be with Gilbert and I know that my daughter will also be a repeat at that location. The store was really well kept in cleanleness also. After all the work was completed, Gilbert call me to the counter and handed me the keys while explaining to me what all they did to the tire and I said what do I owe you and he said
