Horrible service By the very unprofessional staff I get it's a fast food place But when the service is this dumb Next time I'll just go to a regular restraunt Especially when the combo is almost 10 bucks

I go to del taco several times, but this last 10 times they just dont get my order right its so fustrating. I dont want to be mean but " ARE THEY SO STUPID" how its posible that something so simple like not putting any kind of sauce in a burrito can be so hard. No sauce please! No means no! What happen if some body had allergic reaction to wherever they put in the sauce, can i sue them????

I went to del taco on 3/5/2014. I ordered a burrito and service is grwat, really nice guy in the drive thru. When I got home I started to eat my burrito and I have a habit of eating in the dark watching TV. Well I was half way done when I saw something that it wasn't lettuce, it was a piece of a purple latex glove. That was so gross. How didn't they see it.

The worse store i ever visit the manager looks ugli and most of the time he is not at the store

Extremely friendly employees, and very patient. The customer service was out of this world kind. I would definitely recommend this location and I will go back every time.

we got 9 chicken tacos that were made very very messey most of the time they are made right we also got a side of cheeze sauce that had very little worst 13 bucks i ever spent

Del taco is absolutely the best fast food restaurant I have been to. The store stays clean, staff is always nice and efficient and great customer service and food. I will be back !!

just had the best service earlier today at lunch time ...the hostess was friendly and beyond courteous ...she repeated the order back in very clear English, counted out the change in front of me and still asked if I needed anything...this is my first time in years that left me with a positive experience...just wish I would have gotten her name...she should be promoted this employee is a keeper...wish my own staff was this efficient!

These are some of the friendliest folks around, even in the wee hours of the morning! They serve fast, the food is fresh and tasty, and for those of us on a budget you get a good meal for less of your money. It is a convenient place to go when you are coming home late and need a quick bite. Hungry for lunch or dinner, you can drive through or step inside and choose a table, clean and quiet.

They are always out of things. One time it was lettuce. Another time it was cheese and tonight it was shredded beef for their seasonal items.

I waited at the drive thru speaker for 5 minutes before pulling around and tapping at the window. When I was helped it still took forever and I got the wrong food. Talk about over priced for crap. Between eating here and a root canal I suggest the root canal it will be more rewarding.

Ive lived a block away from this Del Taco for 10 years. In the last couple years its good service, but the food gets worse. Old frys cooked in old oil, cold food even though I was the only customer and waited over 10 minutes. I wish when they take your order they would actually listen to requests, like extra cheese....Im paying for that add on but dont get it.
