This online service is HORRIBLE all i want is simply a certain location's store hours which should be any basic display of any business. ive bet on this site for roughy 30 minutes and all i want is the store hours. It is only adding to my frustration after already having a day full of frustration regarding my phone.
The customer service Is top notch any time u call u get a friendly and kind rep. The issues are resolved right away.
I just moved from Chicago about a month ago and I thought I would have to change phone companies put thankfully that was not the case. the only problem I have come across with cricket stores in Texas is that on the web site all it says is the store hours varies with no times listed. I called the store in Copperas Cove to see if they would have a recording for the store hours but no luck. why have a website if there is no info about the hours of operation? I don't have time to keep calling any store just to find out if there open. I just want to pay my bill without hassle!!!!!
I like cricket because every other service carrier is outrageously priced and they always send you a bigger building more than what you pay for.
This store only returns items (even with a receipt) within 48 hours.
I'm not sure what the other commenters are talking about. Recently, when my new phone arrived to replace a damaged one, it was already damaged from the factory or from shipping (as in, of no fault of the store) and everytime I've called them to replace the new one and the old one, I've had a live representative pick up the phone within seconds of selecting the "Live Representative" option the machine gives you. They replaced the second phone quickly, and at no charge, and the entire time were incredibly nice.
I have always had great luck with Cricket. They recently modified the service...they are now charging for directory assistance calls. I got a new phone (my Cricket was very old) I attempted to cancel service. I had just paid for the following month when my new phone came in the mail.. They refused to refund what I had just paid. I was not thrilled about that. So be careful when switching from Cricket to another carrier. Wait until your cricket service runs out.

I bought a flashed phone from here. It worked the first day then stopped working. I took it back to change if they would not she just thinks he's over $500 for the phone, talk about some jerks!
I was sold a faulty phone and when I tried to return it the clerks were very rude and even went to help another customer while I was still talking to them. DO NOT ever buy a phone from Cricket, they'll sell you a bad phone then make you pay full price for another one.
Do not shop at this store! Their customer service is awful. They will not honor their return policy. If you buy a phone from them and it doesn't work the next day they will not exchange it.
Cricket has great service fast networking. If they let me pay my bill today with $30 on credit card and $20 cash they r the best and oh yea there bills r very affordable u can't beat $50 for unlimited everything

Great service! The girls were very helpful and listened and help find the problem. I tried the other Cricket here in Robstown but they were no help at all and only tried to get my money from me. The Cricket on Ave J listened to my problems and fixed it right away!

Went in to upgrade my crappy phone and spoke to gal with beautiful art work on her arm. She was very nice, and knew everything about each phone. Ended up running my credit to make monthly payments for the Galaxy S4. Im so glad I went into this Cricket Store, I am going to this store and only this store from now on! This Pawn Shop is no longer affiliated with Cricket Wireless. Don't waste your time. However, they are the nicest people, and they do pay the highest amount for gold in the city.
Dont take your cell to get fixed here it will take forever. And they are always closed when you go there.

What I mean by sucking service is this, whenever anyone goes there, it's most times closed with a return sign posted. I have never even seen the sales person. The voicemail message is not even understandable. I'm trying to get info about their broadband but again no one is available... Suck

Every time I had taken a phone in to be activated I was told I was told it could not be activated because it was stolen, and they would then try to sell me one of there phones. After this happening a few times I called cricket directly and was told there was nothing wrong with any of the phones i had and that I should avoid this store.

I've been to many cricket stores in the neighborhood and this one def stands out!! The service is great, the staff is so nice and educated about there work. I am a kind of person that asks thousands of questions before making any purchase and people get tired and annoyed but not this place. The staff there got even more excited by every question I asked and explained it thoroughly. I went in to buy just a regular flip phone with service and left with 2 smartphones with service (one for me and other for my son) for the same price I was told for a regular flip phone with service else where
Someone made a distasteful review about a young lady but i dont think the young lady that I spoke to would do that. It may be a different girl, or it may be the same girl just a different attitude. She helped me a lot. The reason why i didnt give it a 5 star rating is because of the hidden fees.....we ALL hate those....
i took my iphone here to get flashed and when i turn it off it wont work when it comes back on, i took it to them to fix and they wanted me too RE-PAY $100 to fix it!

I have only worked with Anthony, he is a great Rep for this store he was able to help me find a new phone get everything taken care of and help at least four other customers at the same time. He never once made you feel rushed or you were not his top priority. Thank you, good customer service is hard to come by in AZ.
Broadband it is always down and the charge you a month ahead and it never works, the have too few technicians trained on it and only men are trained on this and not the women.

I was charged double for my cell phone and now I cant get anyone to answer the phone at the store where I bought it. I am not a happy camper. I will be paying the store a visit Saturday if not before.

I got hanged up several times by customer sercice. I had to go and waste my time at service center month after month to pay my bill. I still am trying to enroll in auto bill pay. I have wasted so much time trying to pay my bill and getting hung up on/disconnected by their customer service dept.

Terrible!! The help knows more than the owner, who missleads customers, over charges, charges for activating phones purchased through her co. makes false promises of comps for not allowing discounts from web site, over all, Peggy the owner, is combative hostile, arrogant, nasty, and a liar. Still waiting a week for accys for phones that we are told will be ordered tmro, but then its another story next day. Do NOT deal with the owner, you will pull your hair out! BTW, If you do not like being talked over, or treated like a child or a person of substandard Intelligence, then do not call this store.
The employees at this location have no idea what customer service is! This company does not care about their customers. I paid $115 for a replacement phone and was advised it will be there no more than two days after. It has been more than 5 days and still no phone. I have been calling the store almost everyday since and the employees would tell me they will call me after they track it.. I never get a call back. I asked for a manager and was told he will call me back within a few minutes. . That never happened. I regret switching to cricket. Their customer service is the worst! I will be cancelling my service!! Do not get cricket!

Omg this is the worst cricket store! The two that work there guy and girl the guy apparently is even a manager they have no knowledge what so ever of anything pertaining to cricket why they work here is beyond me! When your there just to simply pay your bills u have to wait until they are done smoking their cigarettes or chatting on their phones. Take my tablet and my phone to repair they said they were going to contacted me next day one week pass nothing I went and always haver the excuse the tech have anot returned went againg after 2 weeks twice and no phone no tablets besided no phone calls finnlay after 3 weeks they called me to let me know my tablet was there but cannot be fixed and the have to talk about my phone i took it so they can reapir just the LCD screeb they put a flex cable and dont call me to let me know cannot pick up my own phone becuse they have to put my old flex cable in anc cannot takl to owner supposly he was going to call me never did worst worst customer service .
This is the worst service I received in my life. I went I'm and after speaking to a rep. On the phone they simply told me you don't have insurance on your phone it's your fault that your phones broken . Anita works here and i bought a new phone S3, she took off the phone film and didnt care if she was scratching my phone i warned her she had nails and i dont want a scratch she gave me a rude reply and i even got a scratch on my phone!!! Rude customer service! and she will amke you wait and give you an attitude! Do not go there!!!!
Word of advice for anyone doing business in this particular location. Make sure you are ahead of the game and understand the policy /fees cause believe me when I say these guys will rip you off and then say it's your fault. I've had a friend that made the mistake of not reading the policy for any hidden fees and when he tried to return his phone, he got the news that there was a restocking fee and then the associate said he should've read the policy. The associate didn't even mention it herself. Don't let this happen to you! Another thing, some phones may be overpriced here and some of the associates are disgustingly rude.
Just got my phone flashed there and switched over to Cricket. They didn't inform me about any of the additional fees until they'd already done the transfer, so my $50 phone bill went up to $116+. Then, less than an hour after switching, I get multiple notices from Google that someone at a wireless store in OH is trying to log into my email account. Doubt that's a coincidence.
These store has the best employees in Vegas.Zin Win and Neyba are awesome.If you go cricket go to the west Charleston store and ask for these two ladies.

I called and the call was answered in a way that I had to ask do you sell Cricket phones. After she answered yes I asked were there any specials going on, her response was you have to come into the store to find out and she just hung up. Now that's someone who's not looking for business and I guess she's used to people paying for any type treatment dished out. I think I will continue doing business on Hilsborough Rd Durham NC. At least I can count on great customer service with appreciation.

I have been here several times. Out of all of the cricket stores I have been to, this one is the trashiest. They always seem to be "remodeling" and the customer service is usually subpar. Well today I received HORRIBLE customer service here. I'm going to take my business elsewhere.

So I called first.. I was treated like I was wasting his time.. So I decided to take a drive up and go in.. He was even worse!!! Just sitting there playing on his phone and the computer. There was NO ONE in the store and he had me stand there and wait for at least 10 mins while he pretended to do something. I literally only had a question to ask and then I wanted to pay my bill ( a WEEK early mind you). I expect better service from a cell phone company. I don't care if Cricket is a cheap company, they have no business being rude to a PAYING customer. Just because more then half the people that walk through the door are ghetto, uneducated and disrespectful doesn't mean that everyone is. Cricket is losing my service. I initially went with Cricket to save money, but after the treatment I've been receiving, you can bet your sweet ASS i'm taking my business elsewhere! I would rather pay a higher bill for better service, better communication, and better products all around. So thank you Cricket. You will lose my $200.00 a month bill for 2 lines and internet service, to someone else who is respectful and knowledgeable of the products they sell. Pricks.

I've been a cricket customer for over 5 years and have dealt with many a store and online. Being a professional i expect customer sevice as its always was and is apart of my job requirements for 35 yrs.. This store is pitaful, never answer the phone or return calls no matter how urgent . They avoid you in person are ignorant , non technial and carry no stock. They would rather say its not supported NEVER had an issue with any other store. They should not be ur representative or will loose more than my buisness.

I recently purchased a laptop here and all of a sudden this laptop was'nt working. Next day they decided to switch my laptop for another, turns out that wasnt working as well. After testing every laptop in their shelve, none were working. Then, without any sort of embarassment, infront of my eyes, they have the nerve to put these broken laptops back in the shelves!. Dont shop here.

My phone has no contract, I didn't buy what she said and went to the other store in South McColl near Target and the the guy was so helpful and I just have to pay the regular payment without the overcharge. No wonder there are more customers there than in S.10th ST. location. I will never go back there again even though its close to my house.
