The girls that work there are great but the Male "Owner" has taken on responsibility that he is not qualified to have. He has NO professionalism at all.

This store never answers their phone. It's always busy. So I had to drive there. Sure enough, phone is intensional off the hook.

This place needs to train their employees better. I made a payment, and because someone working there messed up, I now owe a late fee and my phone has been turned off. None of this i my fault and they won't do anything to help

The employees there are so helpful and kind. They take the time to actually find out what's going on with phone issues and to solve the problem. I've even been to corporate and could not get the same customer service that I get at this location. Two thumbs up for me :)

They have excellent customer service! Always go into that specific store simply because they acually care about you, and not just your money. !! (: Best cricket store in Las Vegas. Two gentlemen were able to solve my problem after I was greeted well by a young girl with glasses. Forgot to get their names.

They talked me into switching from Boost mobile to Cricket. Then they accidentally applied my monthly payment to my closed Boost mobile account causing my Cricket account to get shut down. When I pointed there mistake out they coincided that they screwed up but Boost would not return the funds and they would not pay to correct there mistake and if I wanted a working phone I would have to pay my bill again.

I love coming here the staff is so nice and welcoming. I will be recommending all of my friends to come by this cricket , also the service is really quick and easy !

This cricket location has the best customer service by far. The employees are very helpful and do everything they can to make your experience a good one. I can definitely say that this is my go to location whenever I need to pay my bill because I get in and out quickly and with great service.

I have had multiple issues with represenatives at this location and now when I pay my bill there they didn't post the payment on a Saturday knowing that there closed on Sunday so now I'm stuck without service. Learn to take care of your customers.

I would not recommend any one shop here or at any of the locations ran by becca linen I've never been treated like that by a company I was yelled at and cursed at by several employees!!! Worst company I have ever delt with they sold me a phone that didn't work and wouldn't give me my money back

This store sold me a plan for 3 lines for $90 per month however they can't figure out how to put three phones on one account so the billing is correct so my bill is for three separate phones at $40 each for a total of $120 per month go to another store that knows how to sell their products

This location should consider changing their name, considering that they do not even carry Cricket anymore. They should also consider retraining their employees on Customer Service. Very rude, and quick to dismiss customers questions and concerns. The WORST CS I have received in a very long time.

I purchased a plan from this store right after AT&T bought out Cricket. These employees were poorly trained. They gave me a ZTE 3G phone without a manual. Other Cricket stores tell me I should have been given a ZTE 4G phone with a manual. There were some major issues with porting over my old phone number. It took three days and I had to give up the idea.

I was also told I was signing up for automatic checking account withdrawal. I was not. I was without cell phone service again until I figured out was going on.

Went on 7-3-14 and purchased new phones and added lines, it is now 7-5-14 and still only have service on one of the four phones, they are telling me it might be fixed in the next 72 hours, since AT&T bought them everything is going downhill, try and switch to another company for your phone if you can.

6 transfers for information last transfer was to ATT just because no one wanted to deal with my problem

This store closes at 7pm but locks door early and wont let a customer get in and its not even 7pm yet..Also they haven't even updated there new number, how ghetto is that for a phone company!!!!

This is an Electronics Express store. They used to carry cricket products but have not been a cricket vendor since mid 2013.

I love going to this store, ususually two guys there, both just focused on getting your problem solved. i walk in, pay my bill, ask a few questions, get help, they tell me the latest deals, and im out, all in 10 mins tops...

It would be nice to have the correct phone number, I'm disabled and need to pay my bill but it being new years eve I don't know if they close early or not I have to take the bus and don't want to make a useless trip. Help please

I bought a discover phone on Nov. 22 on Dec 22 I payed my bill only to find that the salesman at giant cell stole the money and cricket cut the service so they have my money . do not go there they are crooks!!! I will get my money back but, holidays without a phone never again .

Wish I could give zero stars. I called with a simple question about upgrading a phone, and the man who answered was nothing but rude. He asked what kind of phone I had, and when I told him, he said "I know nothing about that" and hung up on me! Unbelievable.

I've been to this place a few times and the guy or owner seems to be a decent guy. The guys talks to you and seems to help you on your concerns. There wasn't a lot of people there but when I was there, service was smooth.

if i need to ask a quiestion how do i get an answer if you are never there or dont answer the phone?

it dose not have hours posted for the business, they may vary but i want to know if there even open the number is a 1877 number with no answer and a full mailbox..how do i know if i can drive there or not and if they will be open..this is a complete waste of a add and needs to be fixed as it has 0 information
