Service and food were good. Prices were decent but no less than anywhere else. Overall we were satisfied and would eat here again

Thanksgiving dinner was great and a reasonable price.

the place is pretty great everybody should go check it out. great food, great waiters....really just gives you a good feeling while you are eating there as if you are eating in the comfort of your own home.

First of all, I've been eating at CB for years!! But, last night, it was the worse experience ever. I spent 45 minutes waiting for an order that was told would take about 20. Manager came out and apologized, said that 2 large parties slammed the kitchen. I might have believe that except he had used that excuse the last time it happened. THEN, when I get home part of my order was missing which has happened numerous times. I was so upset when I left that I didn't check it! By the way, the parking lot was practically empty and few people in the restaurant. Poor management!

On my way to Decatur (Where I have Family) We stopped at a rest stop entering Hartselle Alabama. The service was horrible, the waitor wouldn't stop looking at my chest. The Manager was rude when I asked her to handle the situation. The food came out cold and dry. I saw three roaches while trying to eat the "food" they delivered to me. The only good part of the restaurant is leaving.

The service and food are excellent, what we have come to expect from Cracker Barrel. However, the building is ready for a major cleaning. The ceiling fan blades are dirty, the rafters have dust hanging from them and the partitions between the dining rooms, in the lattice is very dusty.

I love Cracker Barrel. The food at this location is Awesome. The staff are soooo nice and had great service. I go there a lot along with my mom and brother. We all love going there. I should own stock there ..lol I go there so much. I love shopping in the store too. Everyone at work asks me when i decorate my cubie :where did you get that?" Oh then they say wait a minute Cracker Barrel? I laugh and say where else. So glad your close by Cracker Barrel. See you soon!!!

My family and I moved here from the Peoria area a few years back. We were happy to find out there was a Cracker Barrel here as we've always enjoyed eating there. However, the one here is in need of better management. Over the past year we have gone there 4 times to eat. I always order the meatloaf with sides. 3 of the 4 visits the waiter came back to tell me they were out of meatloaf. Today we were there on a sunday, just before 6:00pm. So I guess meatloaf is only for the lunch guests at the Bourbonnais location.

Awesome food and service. Donna and Tammy are the best two managers there. Always great experience when they are there. Thank you for giving us a Cracker Barrel here.

I've stopped at this particular establishment many times, and I can safely say that they have everything up to par and in amazing condition every time I walk in. The food may take a tad bit too long to come out after I've ordered it, but the satisfactory flavors that come from their food is well worth the wait. It's definitely a family and friend restaurant, and I have recommended their service to many of my good friends.

Was seated and no one ever took notice of us sitting at the table waiting to be served! Busboys and waiters walked in and out of the dining room we sat in never taking notice of us. We waited a good 15 - 20 minutes and another couple was seated and immediately asked for their drink order. We walked out! We decided to try again recently and were seated in the same back dining room with of course waiters/busboys scurrying about and waited 10 minutes before a waitress came by and asked if we had been waited on. Thank goodness she noticed or we would have walked out again NEVER to eat at that location ever again! If you are able to get the attention of the waiter who should be doing their job to notice their customers, the food is good.

I Always get carry out and the food is always consistent and good.. Service is good too..

When we were seated the floor around the tables was dirty with food and paper on it.The people next to use left because the plate the food was on was dirty and so was the silverware.when I got my food the eggs were cold the gravy for the biscuits tasted nasty and the potato cassarole was cold.I wouldn't recommend this place to eat I have been to alot of cracker barrels down south and and never had a problem like the one in roseville Mi.

good food just slow service

We ate at this cracker barrel on thanksgiving day. We would not recommend this to anyone. The service was terrible. We placed our order after 20 minutes we were told no meatloaf we had to order something else. One of the orders had meatloaf had in it so they said they would give us more ham we got two small pieces with the bone in it. The other order she wanted sweet potatoes was told no sweet potatoes. When we were leaving a lady ordered the thanksgiving meal guess what she got the sweet potatoes they must have found some. We will never eat at another cracker barrel again.
