Terrible customer service.I have been a customer for 7 yrs and they talk to you like your trash.I was so happy to cancel my service and go else where.Customer service and emplyees at the parma store are real ruid and do not care about their customers

you can't record channels or you have to get an upgrade and they sometime take channels off and they say there company is less than the rest but,it isn't the rest are more cheaper and to get the box fix cause alot of times it gets messed up and you have to pay even thoo it's not your falt so please make a smart choose
With Cox we always a problem with billing in spite of the fact that we had automatic pay. Their basic internet is very unacceptable as far as speed is concerned. I do not expect lighting speed but the basic is unusable. I think they do this to force you to increase your monthly payments. The service reps do not listen when one tells them the problem he is experiencing. They are timely with their appointments.

Service and bill wrong. Charged for professional installation when I did a self install. Trying to get anything corrected is very difficult. Other bills incorrect. Watch them closely. Company not willing to make corrections or changes even to keep a customer. I guess they are making too much money on fees. Too bad they have a monopoly.
