Very disappointed to learn you restrict poppy sales ... our Canadian Forces diserve much better from your company. In contrast to your policy of collecting donations for US victims of storms and floods at the cashier wickets daily. You could and should do much better for our Canadian Forces.

The staff has always been exceptional and the return policy just makes it a pleasure to deal at costco - no hassels or problems
I can't say enough about the great service I received from Pam & Duncan when I wanted just one photo printed. I usually print my own at home but of course my printer was giving me grieve, so off I went to Costco with my USB stick. We had a really hard time finding the one photo out of over 6500 I had on the stick. Pam and Duncan wouldn't give up, even though they were very busy. thank you so much and Merry Christmas!
This store is very clean and neat, not a spill or a mess in sight. Even the clothes section doesnt look astray. The workers are helpful if you ever have a question, and when its time to ring up, you get a "hello, how are you today" and smile. Ive never been to a store with lighter and refreshing sense of air in.
3 weeks ago approx. my stepfather who is 75 went into the Costco to buy a new tv.He did settle for a big screen for about 500.003 weeks ago , he was watching his new 3 week old tv when it suddenly went out.Not soon after that he brought it in for a bad screenhe They denied hin any help. they refused to take it and exchange because they say the screen looked like it was cracked.that treatment to him is going to make some heads roll because thats just unacceoptable treatment.the manager accuses him of breaking the screen and wanting to get a new one after breaking it.now why in tbhe world would an elderly couple break their tv then report it not being their fault. my mother has never ever been into any sort of trouble,she has abeen a loyal and good customer to costco.she was there from the start with them.now to have to be treated like a cheater and a liar in front of other customers is just outrageous.they deserve an exchange like they should get. Costco has really gone downhill as far as customer service, and this will not help..i know of minimum 25 people who said they will not buy from them now because of this...i mean who deserves this treatemt this happened just barely 3weeks ago for goodness sakes.do the right thing costco,
they do not promise to return calls left after 12 noon until the next day. Does anyone call that GOOD customer service?
Two of us bought the executive memberships today, we proceeded to walk the whole store and came away empty handed. Limited selection as far as varieties are concerned. Really unimpressed.I saw no Dunn's smoked meat or any Kobe beef for one . Will take another look at some point but wish I had not wasted my money...
I was in the area for a short period of time and needed something at the store.. i called and they surprisingly well responded to my inquiry and guided me properly as to which item they had in stock etc..

shame on you! You have the nerve to display christmas items for sale in October, but you have the gall to restrict the number of days that poppies are sold at your store. Hope none of your employees family's are war heros. shame on you! Will not renew!
I just went to this Costco locations to return a laptop I just bought because I want to buy a Mac instead. They refunded me without asking any annoying questions, awesome service and thanks forlocations for posting the hours of operations of costco!!
