fantastic coffee with amazing friendly caring staff i can't stay away from the place

if you go shopping and go for a coffee keep your receipts as you might get a parking fine

My wife and I use Costa coffee in different towns and cities throughout the Uk and the one in Wilmslow every Sunday afternoon since its opening. But my disappointment today when I had my usual cappuccino and tiffin, the tiffin was approx 30% smaller than any other I have had in Costa coffee anywhere. I was appalled with it and the next time I am served with this portion of tiffin I will return it and get my money back. G Manchester

Costa's in Knowle is an absolute asset to the village! My partner and I both live locally, working from home, so a visit to Costa's late afternoon (most afternoons if we can) is a real treat and often necessity! We sink into the settees if we manage to get the chance and for half an hour we are able to relax and totally chill ... the staff are friendly and cheerful and are constantly busy, nothing is too much trouble .. the atmosphere is relaxed, the lattes are wonderful and we just love it!

So today I decided to go to vista for the 1st time on quadrant swansea and d man that attended to me was soo rude and rolled his eyes at me but I'm not one to start arguments so I kept quiet but I would never come bak and wouldn't tell anyone I know to come here!

I have visited the Costa at 123 Allerton Road for a few years now and would like to thank them for their courteous and friendly service .When I am back in the country I will be straight back there

Never been to a coffee shop that has the music so loud. If you want a chat - don't bother. The staff seem to love it though.

I was served today by a young lad, he had Stuart on his name badge, he thanked me for waiting&provided excellent service with a lovely smile, i will definitly be back again to this bury costa.

I couldn't disagree more with the previous review. I spend most of my Saturday mornings at this costa whilst my brothers are training for hockey. The location is perfect, and it's normally packed. The service is fairly quick considering the number of people and I've never had any problem with the products I've received. Overall, an above average costa coffee, which makes it a very good coffee shop.

Big fan of costa coffee visited lots of different stores & by far this has been the worst store by far, Although the store itself is a beautiful & clean store the service from staff let's it down by so much I will never be visiting here again, Orderd drinks which I had to wait for ages for even tho the store was empty then when we got was not the standard they should be, my costa light looked like a cup of milk no froth etc same with the latte poor drinks, Orderd food & the manager? Red shirt lady! shouted me to go collect it from the counter felt like I was In a greasy spoon cafe, wouldn't have minded so much if they were busy but me & a friend was only ones in there, bad service & a expensive one at that, normaly I believe the saying you get what you pay for but here you pay the price but don't get what you should,

all the staff at costa west gate mansfield are so helpfull and allways seem happy in thier work it is a real pleasure for me and my partner to pop in at any time. john and cliff in particular make us feel like v.i.p,s so much so i have to make these coments thank you and keep up the good work
