My order has been wrong the last five times I've been there. Not pleased. Service stinks. A bunch of teenagers goofing off.

I ordered two trays one with light onion the other no cheese. All they did was scrape the cheese off and throw it on the grill and give it to me. They missed some of the cheese and when I told them I know what they did and if I died because of my allergy it falls on them. The kid laughed and I got an old burger, the other didn't have light onion either.

They just don't care about getting your order correct NEVER

Will never go back I ordered my food an was drinking my tea an opened tha tea to eat the ice an there was Flys floating in it

I Love to go to Cook-Out because they give the best food around for an affordable price. Keep in mind this is just my opinion.

I love Cookout! Prices are great! Hamburgers taste as if they are straight of the grill. I also love their shakes and their BBQ! Plus I have had great service every time I come and, believe me, I come often!

Me and my cousin just left there and found a hair in each of our trays. Ew somebody needs to wear a hairnet.

We left a jacket on a chair today about 1:00. We have attempted to call but do not get an answer. Please contact us so that we can make arrangements to get it. Thank you

This makes the second time in a row that my order was wrong. I will have to eat elsewhere from now on!

I am very unsatisfied with my experience today because once we got our order home I found that my burger was not even close to what I had ordered!! I ordered a regular burger with everything / hold the mustard. I got a cheeseburger with lettuce and onions. This is very bad for business as we repeated our order several times. It will probably be a long time before I come to eat at cookouts again.

Orders are not consistent. I went one day last week and ordered a low carb burger plate @ $4.11 which had 2 patties on it .Today I went back today bought the same thing and it only had 1 patty on it ?!?! For $4.11 one patty is definitely not worth the price!!!!! The whole time I was sitting at the window there were two people in the back ground yelling and the girl at the window couldn't even hear me!

cookout has been a great resterant to me and others the resterant has good recipies and the employees has put wouderful workin to keep the enviroment safe and spotless.thanks to that i will come faithfuly to eat fresh food

My meal was awfull I ordered food and it was not what I had said I very dissatisfied most of the time its good but not this time Date:8/10/13

The trays are a terrific value and the food is delicious! Oreo mint milkshakes are fabulous!

The most rude bunch of staff I've seen at a restaurant in a long time..One of the main reasons I don't give Cook Out my money and tell everybody I know not too either!
