Horrible customer service

Don't waste your time going to Conn's. Think about why their name is Conn's? Their a bunch of Conn artist. Trust me, you'd be better off going to Best Buy. They match Conn's prices on everything including Ads.

Me and husband went to this conns to get a bed set he found out that he owed another company affiliate in 00. He was denied no problem I went online and was approved. . When we both went back to the store to follow up on my credit the said I owed another company I told them that was my husband they said because we lived together still that they were not going to honor there approval of my credit when the application was under my Social.. its obvious they do business with who they choose to when its about making the quarter books look good...

I bought a matress from Con's and in less than one month it had a 2 1/2 inch sag in the middle. When I went to exchange this mattress they sent a contracted company to tell us we needed a center support that Con's who installed the bed never mentioned. All I want is for a exchange in my bed for a more expensive matress even but they won't allow me too. Why should I get stuck with a matress that doesn't even last a month. Be careful buying mattresses here!!
