I went in today to do a drug test and it took 3 and half hours. In top of that there was people in pain waiting longer then I was. They only took one person back every hour like come on these people need help. Go to another location besides this one. They need new staff

The Madison location notified the company that hired me that I had failed both the drug screen and the physical examination. Upon request by the company for paperwork and documentation, Concentra in Madison claimed it had lost all paperwork and test results.

It's my absolute favorite place to go- When I need a drug test/Etc. Very cheap prices-I have no Insurance.

I came in as a trauma patient needing stitches. I did not have to wait. They walked me straight back and in no time I was out and back to my day.

I want to concentra last week. The staff need more training.The waiting time is too much.I had to wait more than 2 hours.Plus I was poke by 3 differents staffs.I was poke more than 4 times. I never had the problem before with drawing my blood. You can see my vein by just looking at my arm.I can believe they had hard time finding it.

make sure you check what medicine you r taking before drive or go back to work

I was at this urgent care for blood draw and I had to wait more than one hour. The staff member took me into one of the room for blood draw and she tried to stick me 6 times but she failed. Furthermore, she tried to stick me twice with the same needle. It was so unprofessional! I had to tell her to stop because she wanted to stick me again! I spoke with the manager and the manager said," she is doing her best!" I went to a different clinic for blood draw and staff from this clinic able to obtain blood without difficulty. I would not go back to this urgent care and they deserve no star! They should think about hiring more staff and train them adequately. I do not recommend this urgent care for anything!

Don't go here expecting urgent care. There were only a few people in the waiting room, it has been two and a half hours, and we are still waiting.
