We went to this location on/29/13 with the intent to buy my husband a tablet by Samsung; I still had over a $1000.00 credit availeable on my comp usa cc; however it was not accepted and we applied for a tiger direct cc. and still don't the status of this application.So we used a discover and and a visa -to split the cost -a this was a gift from me to him. I will never shop there again due to the very poor service I got about the cc's. It's a shame because I used to like the store

They're as rude as everyone says about Comp USA. Must be the company policy. They don't want to help at all. They'll tell you don't have something rather than look for it. They'll even hang up the phone you!
