Worst Service Ever

I moved and needed my service transferred. They created me a totally new account so I was stuck paying 2 bills which they kept charging me for both addresses. On top of that it took me two weeks and countless hours on the phone to get someone out to hook up my service. Reps are rude and act like your wasting their time with your problems. I wish I had other options.

Horrible Service

Comcast is the worse service provider I have ever encountered. I spent an entire day talking with representatives to come and repair my modem and phone service that went out. I told them at least 6 times to have the service rep. to call my cell phone to confirm that I was home. He kept calling my home phone (which I told was out of service) so the work order was cancelled. Finally after a week of raising a stink I finally got some service. If I could I would cancel all their services, but I live in an area where I cannot get any other Internet service.

Worst net service Ive ever dealt with. Multiple times my net has been out and I have called in. Each time they have told me its something different thats wrong with my internet. Left work early for a tech to come and never showed up. Claimed the tech tried to get ahold of me but had no missed calls.. if i pay for something. I expect to have it... I do not recommend comcast to anyone.

Office support is much better

I stopped in the office on University Avenue and found the personnel to be very helpful and cooperative. I agree with the customers who are complaining about the customer service reps on the line. I found them to be very difficult to deal with. I had the same experience on the phone. Take a minute and go to the office.

This place gives Comcast a bad name!

Most businesses stay open during lunch, so working people can visit during their lunch break. Not this location! Locked up tighter than Fort Knox at 2:15! Apparently their lunch break is 1:00-2:30. Then, if you do get in the ladies aren't any help at all. I go to the Ranson location instead of here. I've been to the Martinsburg location 4 times and was only able to speak to someone once. Ranson location is open more and the ladies there are MUCH nicer!

You don't deserve a star I had to put one. After speaking to 7 different so called customer service reps sales reps and loyalty reps I've yet to get my service options removed to lower my bill. After receiving bad options to make a post dated payment to restore my service( which failed 3 times) and caused me to receive 3 cut offs and 3 reconnect fees that no one at Comcast cares to relieve. I will be pulling the plug! Good bye over priced sad service.

Helpful staff, long wait!!!!!

When going to Comcast I have always found it necessary to bring reading material because yes there is a looooong wait time. However, I have found the staff to be helpful and more often than not find a temporary promotion that can be applied to an account minimizing the bill. It gets four stars because of the wait otherwise I would give it five because I have found the staff helpful and have come out playing less for cable.

The hours of operation stated on the website for the Comcast store on Creasy Lane is like other Comcast services-a lie. It states they are open from 9:00 AM to 6:00 PM during the week. I was out there at 9:10 today (Wednesday) and there were no cars in the parking lot. I looked on the door and it said their hours were 10:00 AM to 6:00 PM. If Comcast is so advanced, why can't they keep their hours of operation updated? Comcast has also had personal that have lied about technicians coming out to replace an outside cable at our home on July 3. We have had lousy reception since the first of the year and, when we complained, we got the runaround and meaningless apologies. It is too bad there is really no competition for cable TV.

Have been in line for over an hour while only 2 out of the 8 windows are open. When I came in only about 10 people were ahead of me. The line is now out the door. I would guess that will be a 3 hour wait. Comcast- with all of your profit please add some additional csr!

Horrible customer service and outrageous costs if you are already a customer. All they care about is getting new ones. We switched to another carrier but not having much to chose from it is easy for them to monopolize the industry. Gave 1 star because it will not allow anything lower.
