I tried the phone nr listed several times and could only get --the phone nr is not correct. Also went on line chat and waited for over 45 minutes and still not one came on line. What is the problem?!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
post your phone number to the comcast store in washington pa ... seriously have just one question,,, not for the 1 800 number ,,, this irritates the hell out of me!
we have not had service for 2 days all we can get is a phone rep and this is not working we need someone to come to house to fix this problem we have ask for this but have not been able to get anyone all they want to do is set it by phone

I planned to visit Comcast and discovered this location does not exist. Don't waste your time. Closest Comcast store is Auburn or Southcenter Mall.
Terrible. You stand in line for a half hour to get service. You can never reach an actual person on the phone, so your on the phone answering to a robot pretty much for a half hour or longer.

The local comcast store should have a direct phone number to call with a question instead of calling the number where you are on hold for 20 min. for a simple question regarding equipment.
the avalon store is the worst company i have ever delt with custome service reps are rude and never answer the phone and thate the good points

Instead of calling, I often get my issue resolved in person at the customer service center in Amherst. Much recommended.

There is no comcast store there. It is a scuba fish shop and it wasn't even open. I feel dishonest giving it one star because comcast deserves many negative stars. It was a hard location to find also.
My wife took our cable box in for a replacement because of a hissing problem. The rep rebundled out plan and saved us $40 a month, plus giving us an updated cable box. Very pleased with the service we received!
I went in to pick up a new modem. The gentleman was rude, talked down to me. He either knew nothing about the product or out and out lied about it's use. Go to another store if you can.

This service center has the nicest group of women I've ever encountered. They were very patient with the customers. very polite. They are the number 1 service center in my book. Great job ladies!
Customers standing outside of the office for at least a half hour past their opening time- people actually started to leave in frustration- awful! This doesn't deserve a rating since they don't have any service at all!
Went there on a Friday at 1:00pm, and they were closed. No sign on the door. I waisted my lunch hour.
Took 2 weeks to get the self install kit and when it was delivered it was only the instructions and not the equipment. They were nice enough to "waive" my fee for the equipment since it would take another week before it would be here. Worst cable company I've ever experienced.
How do you recommend I can get to talk with a live person when I have a question which is not about problems or equipment failure.
Unfortunately they have closed this office since April 2015. Closest is now down on Hull Street in Harbor Point. Very sad, they gave great service.

Each time I was herw, customer service was good. Rrarely had to wait long. Once, I had to wait for about 40 minutes, but they were very busy.
Website says Comcast closes at 6:00 pm. I got there 10 min before and the doors were locked. Either this website is wrong or the employees are lazy and can't stay one minute after 6:00 to help people out so they close early.

The hours listed here are incorrect. Unfortunately I learned the hard way that they do not open until 10am NOT the listed 8:30am! Comcast is a bat in a thousand so far. I have been in a uphill battle for two weeks now with them just to get a cable box that will emit the cable channels I pay for.

Comcast is the worst. You spend hours on the phone explaining a problem over and over and you're transferred to over 10 people, and no one can do anything for you. It just leaves your more frustrated. My "do it yourself" internet box is going back!

i took there equipment back to this store.i had moved items have been been lost and 8 people later no luck .its been a month good luck with returning equipment here.still missing the modem now so now its down to one item it was all 4 one time.what a nitemare

Charged $60 to install 2 cable box. And charged $30 more b/c i have my own modem. Totally different from talking to sale person. Feel disappointed after 1 yr with comcast. Tech walk on my rug with dirty shoes.
Service staff/techs are great...phone service/attendants, not so much. Short and not helpful. We are disappointed there is no other choice for these services in Salem, Va.

this is the worst cable company we have in huntsville, they are never available at anytime to speak to a customer they have disconnected their office number and the only way to deal with anyone is a 1-800 number who tells you to call the huntsville office they go up on rates and change programs without your knowlege
Seeing all the reviews, I was scared to find a long line so I went around 10:30am...I was done in 20 minutes. I heard some lady thanking the reps for improving their customer service. There was a gentleman writing down a customer list as people walked in and customers were attended to rather quickly. Couldn't have asked for anything better. I guess they improved.
Took my internet box in for a trade in to a combination modem/router and they sent me home with exact same equipment I had. I even had the upgrade letter with me! The guy behind the counter had zero knowledge of the products he services and provides. Very poor service skills! Totally disappointed!

I have spen the last 30 minutes tring to call the Ashville hwy location to see if they have the box I want in stock. There os no number for a human that answers. So im going down with all my boxs and modem. If its not in stock im done. They don't care about customer service relationship.

The Academy Rd. Comcast Office has provided my family outstanding service with their professionalism and willingness to help. Powhatan residents are thankful to have this office available for service and many times just to stop by for general questions.

I have talked to 8 people maybe more in the last two weeks about my internet problem. I keep losing signal. Everyone of them has told me different things. Now I need to talk to the Customer Service Center by my home and all I can find is an 800 number, which is the number 1-800-comcast. Still not that service center. Not Happy At All, will probably go to Fios. Maybe Dish I am not sure yet.
Scheduled 3 different appointments over a weekend. Didn't show up for any of them. Can't even get service set up. Worst ever.

been a customer for years and customer service is what they strive on however good customer service is not what you get they will send you to one person to another unless you are trying to upgrade or do something that is in their favor but any trouble shooting issues you have ect you can forget it
They do not react as humans !! Just doing the work with no brains and no smile or any kind of reaction. You can easily feel they are not happy !!

Horrible service. Can't talk to anyone. You complain and they give you a lousy 25.00 credit. The Internet doesn't always work. Have had them to our house many times not resolved in 1 year.
Do not go here unless you absolutely, positively have to. Be prepared to take a number, and wait for 40+ people ahead of you to pay their cable bills while you wait.

Waited for them to come to my home. The window they give me is between 12-5. They don't show but I get a phone call that states we tried to visit you today but you weren't home. LIE. took off work for the afternoon and then they tell me they were at my home. Called customer service (which is an oxymoron) and they tell me they have to reschedule. They are the absolute worst. We are stuck with them and without question, I have never seen ANY company who treats people the way they do.
They act like they are busy , talking to each other and you stand there waiting , it doesnt take that much of time to exchange equipment either paying your bill.. seriously..they look professional but they are dragging their feet.. come on..where is the Supervisor to look at camera and hand picked who is working and who is talking!!!
Comcast has about the worst customer services and sales the world working for them 2 hrs on hold!! Get it together Comcast believe it or not, the customers pay your wages and without us you wouldn't exist!
Will never use Comcast again. Terrible product and terrible service. Was extremely expensive for a product that often times did not work. When we called for service, they were not helpful and offered no solutions except to try to upsell and get us to spend more money.
If you are open from 9-6 when everyone else is at work then when the hell are we suppose to come in???

I got up right before the appointment time and no one ever showed up there is a note on door and everything then I call and they tell me that I've been reschedule for the 11th at 5pm so I call wait 30 min and get hung up on so now I call back and I'm still waiting talk someone been 53mins waiting now not a happy camper this is nuts.....
I would like to Thank all the counter personell They work very hard at pleasing the customers even if the customers are rude and nasty. I watched as the crew were very nice and patient with them. Every time I go into the location Im am greeted with a smile. Thanks everyone and Good Job!!!!!

They are closed on Mondays. Wasted time and fuel driving from Mount Dora to Leesburg to replace a faulty modem.
Scheduled a meeting between 3 entities to try and resolve a huge ongoing internet access issue ongoing for roughly 3 months, Promised the Tech would be at location at 10 AM. Paying everyone to be here except Comcast. 3 calls to the supervisor and 45 minutes later, tech still " on the way " , we have other customers besides you ! Tech was scheduled somewhere else after 3 days notice ! Sent new tech, now spending time trying to bring him up to speed. Try reaching ANYONE in authority ! Impossible. Can't imagine worse people to deal with, looking at other vendors immediately !

Comcast is awful and they are not worried about competition. I contacted them several times regarding my HD channels. The HD service goes out and I can't watch it for at least an hour. Tired of calling them for the same issue. Paying service I can't watch. I need a refund!!!!

Thins place is horribly small, slow workers, and it takes forever to find. It is a small tan building next to type Valero has station. Get there with the intention to wait at least a 1hr before getting helped. I will never deal with Comcast again, horrible service, horrible customer service and just plain bad business.

What a relief !!! change bundle service from Knology which the same bundle service with Comcast ,but I got more speed, caller ID for my business for ~70.00 less a month .I've seen Knology more often raises price up, and drop internet sometime too (less), than Comcast .I like to stay with Comcast, and keep Comcast. Thank you for keeping affordable
After three years bundle service with Knology, what a relief !!! compare paying 70.00 more /month ,plus I get caller ID for my business vs. Knology = slower speed,caller Id cost extra, keep raising price too.
