I have been coming to this Coffee Time for over 10 yrs. The food is made fresh everyday and there is a wide varitiy to choose from. The service is always good and the price is right!

Used to be a regular customer at this coffee time as it's the closest to my apartment. No longer though, because there are clearly training and sanitary problems here.

One particular employee in question, asian / female - usually works noon time over the weekend not only provides horrible and rude service, but she also regularly prepares food without gloves (handling all food items with her bare hands), and uses a dirty spoon to stir coffees (I saw her repeatedly dunk the spoon into a mug with filthy water in it).

Clearly there are management problems - don't go here if you don't want to get sick.

The service is what especially stands out, very nice people! when you cash out, you'll be surprised at how cheap it is :)

I don't know how they can stay in business. Can't compete with Tim Hortons. Dirty food and unclean. Don't know how they stay open under health regulations.
