I love this place.The empolyese are very nice and they are always asking if you need help with anything.The best part of claire's is that they have everything that is in style for a god price and this is the place i go to for my everyday outfits.

Fantastic, and amazing

An incompetent associate peirced my daughters ear at the wrong angle and put defective earrings in. The earring fell apart the next day, her ear closed up in a couple of hours and by the time we got to the store they told us that they were not responsible for the horrible piercing. They refused to refund the money and told us to pay again so they could have another to screw up. This cost us money and time and my daughters ear has a change of infection due to their lack of experience. I would not recommend getting a piercing from Claire's.
