I will never go back there honestly, the girl who did my hair was so unprofessional, I would have been better of doing my own hair because she killed my hair. I never made my hair fall out in clumps before

There are drippings down the walls, hair clogged in the drains, stylists pick up combs and reuse them after being dropped. Very unprofessional and dirty. The staff is nice, but could use some lessons on cleanliness.
