left my card in atm was told they couldn't even look into it for me until the following wed cause ppl only work on it on weds then the asst mgr tells me he will rush deliver a new card well got the new card just checked my bank account and he charged me $25 for replacement emergency card when he said he wouldn't charge me so now I have to go through more bs to get my $25 back and I BETTER get it back not to mention when I deposit CASH through the atm it takes 2days for it to be in my account.. for god sakes its CASH!!!!! needless to say I will b contacting News 4 for action and telling them how Citizens bank like to take advantage of working class ppl and lies to the customers...

Its your typical bank only issue I have with this one is its not by any parking. So u have to park far away and walk. Its not in the safest area either so I avoid this branch.

This is a typical bank with pretty much the same policies as others. Its usually fast accurate service every time I go.

They are a awesome bank and good people.

I always go through the drive thru and the ladies are always friendly and quick service
