we go to a lot of church's chicken and now only stick to just this one caus of there excellent service and good food! Definitely recommend to others! Keep up da good work!

I needed to get 3-20 pieces chicken family meals and 1-20 pieces of chicken after leaving a funeral service today, November 29, 2014 at about 1:45pm. This was last minute no call in and the shift manager/manager was very nice and helpful in helping me get the best deal for the money I needed to spent. She made sure I got everything I paid for and my wait time was reasonable. Excellent job. THANKS SO MUCH

Don't go to this Churches, they over charge you. They charge $.50 more if you order french fries instead of mash potatoes with you dinner, I have gotten angry at lease five times until I finally decided not to go there anymore. I Go to the Popeye at Veteran Memorial an 249 right down the street. Their chicken is very fresh, and crispy.

If I could give this store a 0 I would, they cater to Spanish people also.  When you go in there you never see any other race sitting in there. This store is 5 minute away from me but I bypass it.

I ate at church's chicken on south 6 that was the worse chicken anybody can eat the biscuits was hard and chicken was old not fit for a dog to eat if you love your pet and poor customer service. So dont eat there and dont recommend anybody to got there. They need to shut it down. Very bad place.

I've stopped here several times in the last few weeks and have to say I'm amazed that each and every time my chicken has been freshly cooked. I've had to wait a few minutes each time, but it's worth it to me that I get fresh chicken each time. The owner is also very pleasant.

Searches is the best chicken ever outside of Popeyes Chicken I would prefer churches in any of them is great

Need to move drive thru more quicky and needs to serve their chicken straight from the grease. Visited Church's in Douglas ville GA and their chicken was fresh snd hot.

eating in service area. putting food back on line from out side returns.employee's kid runing and playing in store.

My husband brought home chicken for supper tonight from church's chicken on N 1st in abilene tx. When he got home everything was cold and they hadn't even given him the biscuits we paid for. The bombers were completely hollow. When I called to let them know the manager was completely rude to me to where she called me a liar and hung up on me. I called back and one of the other workers talked to me because the manager would not come to the phone again and this girl called me a liar and said it was not her problem to fix and that if I didn't like it to stop buying chicken from them. This is ridiculous to have people like this running a restaurant. I am so humiliated and would never buy from this place again.

Waited in line along with 7 other customers for 30 minutes while the employees talked on their cell phones, entertained their husband and let the kids run in the back while the chicken was being prepared. Needless to say that no one was helped until the cell phone conversations were finished and the husband and kids left. I will not be returning to this location.

I drove across town to get chicken 2 hours prior to closing and they tell me their out of chicken. WHAT ? come on guys. Typical Lawton business and service; waste of time. ..

Watch out for hair in the chicken! UN professional.... Upper management might want to consider having a meeting with their employees about wearing hair nets and also gloves so they won't come in contact with the food.... Horrible...

There's a lady at the Valero location that is very rude and has No customer service skills. As a franchise owner myself customer service is key. It's obvious that management does not take pride in this location

I love this location, always clean, nice cashiers and good food

This location is by my home, so it is convenient. We ususally stop there to pick up a family order on the way to a park or to visit family and pick up family orders and sides. Always have good friendly service, good food and on my way to my destination with everything I need and ordered without fail. Would recommend this location.

The worst experience I ever occurred. I placed my order from the drive thru when the young male employee asked me if I can go inside, cause there credit card machine was not working. I waited 20 mins so they can fix it, then I had forgot that I left my keys on the counter so I went back for them. I asked the employees if the saw them and they said no. I had to get a wrecker to come unlock my door ($50) plus to tow my car to my home another ($50). The next day my husband had to miss work so he can get the vehicle towed once again ($50) and go to the dealership to get another keyless remote programmed ($260). After that I told him I have a feeling the employees had my keys cause that was ths only place I got off......so he took me back to Churches with different employees there just to find out all that time they had them.

They say to have halal chicken I know that is not true they are cheating customers !

Do not visit this location. The owner does not want to turn on A/C

Although the food is good, service sucks, orders will be missing items, there's always a wait for chicken & trying to call on the phone is impossible cause the employees turns the ringer off or the phone is left off the hook! The only reason I go here is because it's the only one in the area but, if there were another, this one would never get business from me! The management sucks & the employees have no sense of pride in their jobs!!!

Pretty much everything here is good except the boned chicken is horrible and drinks need updating. The whole time we were at church's they had the same raw chicken out in the open

just left location. Manager on location hard of hearing... or something else. Puts cashier on speaker to ask for order Then ask spicy or regular and when you get to the window they then tell you they only have regular. Why ask what flavor ? Not the first time theyve done this. Uugh.. only purchased cause it wasnt for me.

Great people an hot food

I waited about 5 minutes at speaker. To order my food. No response. Not even "can you hold please?" So I drove-up to the window. And waited another two minutes for the lady to come to the window. So finally when she came to the window. Not even a welcome or anything. So I ordered and it took another ten minutes for my food. The lady didn't even give me a receipt.

Ive had very good expirenses at churchs they give my food without tking to long, they have good smiling cashiers & the mangers are real polite ;; giving customers whatever they desire....great job guys

this churches chicken is so nasty....the chicken is too hard to bite into..the biscuits is so hard and small.... the place is nasty,loud, it stinks and they have the worst workers ever sloppy people walking around saggin shirt is not tucked propertly.....i can say the best churches chicken in the one one the east side of town

This evening my husband picked up dinner before going to his shift, on my way home from mine. He ordered a family side of Mac and cheese and it is over cooked dried up Mac and cheese. I tried calling to inform them of the situation but after several attempt (phone line is busy), I decided just to post this online.

David and the morning ladies were very courteous and the service and food was very good I would recommend this churches to my family and friends .

Poor customer service. They always mess up my order and charge me extra everything! I order 10 chicken tenders and they only give me 4 sauce. I told them 5 people are eating and u give 4 sauce? They said it's extra for more sauce! Napkins they give me 5 pieces I told them I need more than that and they gave me only one extra more.. There rude and cheap!

I placed my order and got home they did not put my fries and biscuts in with my order. I hate to make a second trip Lesson check your order before you leave.

These people will always get your order wrong!! Over charge you! And close up shop two hours early!!

Recently, I took my granddaughter & her son to this location as it used to be my fave place many years ago when I used to stop there on my way home from work. We got home and discovered that the mac & cheese was full of brown crust from scraping fromthe bottom of a pan!! It was terrible, and the mashed potatoes were almost inedible, no taste at all!! The chicken was not fresh and I was extremely disappointed in the food we paid for!

I have now been to Churches Chicken here in Whitehouse, Tx at least 5 times in the last three weeks, and it's usually been between 5 and 7 pm each time, and each time I have been told that they are out of spicy chicken. Now this last time ends it all, I called first and asked if they had spicy chicken and they said definately they had plenty, because I wanted enough for 8 people. I hung up the phone and went down to get the chicken, I live 3 minutes away, when I got there and placed my order I was told that they were out of the spicy chicken, so I ended up going down to the Kentucky Fried Chicken on the corner of Troup and 323, and bought my chicken there, because we wanted spicy chicken. If this is the way you intend to do business you should let people know so that they don't waste their time going to your location. Needless to say I will pass the word to all that I know in this area and tell them the type of service I've received.

My husband brought some Church's chicken home and it made us both sick. I went to the doctor and was told that I had food poisioning. The strange thing about it the doctor that I saw her dad just got food poisioning at a Church's chicken in Chicago.

This is good location. I went in last time & got a great service from a teenager, the kid got me fresh food all under 2 minutes! Kid is pretty fast but some workers just walked around & he had to do most of job alone.

Carol and I moved up here from the Pensacola, FL area almost 2 1/2 years ago and not too long after moving found the Church's Chicken at Franklin Pike Circle. We had been fans of Church's down south and so were glad to find this one close by. We have tried several other chicken places in the Nashville area but have found none that provide as good service, as good food and pleasant environment as the Church's at Franklin Pike Circle.
