Unlike other Chipotle's you can't phone in an early order. That's disappointing as it's a great feature at other restaurants.

The service was bad they were very Slow. They ripped the burrito and wrapped it again and all of the food that stuck to the wrap she throw away and didn't put it on my burrito

This chipotle has the rudest employees ever. First of all, I was overcharged for my food and when I asked about it, the guy gave me the dirtiest look like I was stupid. (I ordered a small quesadilla and was charged $7 for it... at other chipotles it costs like $2 or something). I have no problem with spanish speakers... but when they are constantly talking to each other in spanish and laughing in front of the customer I find it incredibly rude.

I eat there regularly the staff are friendly. The price is unbelievable for freshly hot cooked delicious food. Since I have celiac it is my favorite restaurant. I can't say enough good things about Chipotle , I recommend Chipotle to everyone. I just wish it was closer to my home

Went here for lunch was going to get 3 burritos but was told out of steak after the first one did not have enough time to wait so I got no lunch :( will have to think really hard if I was to come back

I ordered 2 chicken bowls to go and when we got home to eat the rice was rock hard. Im not sure if I can get my refund.

At this location in particular, the staff I encountered greeted and served me with a southern hospitality. The food was great,orders were met and the employees left me with a smile. I enjoyed the whole air of the place. Vegetables were fresh and the only thing I didn't like about it, is the fact that i had to leave. Very welcoming location.

Ordered online and had husband pick it up he said he waited for the food 25 minutes!!! Online it said pick up 8:15 and he called me at 8:40 telling me he left and didn't even get it!!! Never go there again!!!

Our first visit. We walked in, looked around and walked out. What a disappointment. The place was filthy, it looked bad and it smelled bad. This was our first visit. I'll try again at another time in another restaurant and hope for a better experience, but this one was really bad. I'd rate it lower than one star, but the site wouldn't allow it.

I eat there regularly and the food is consistantly excellent. I always get the chicken as it is my favorite. Even when the line is very long it only takes 10 minutes to get your food. It is always clean too. I highly recommend the Coolsprings Chipotle.

Chipotè should definitely be open to at least 11pm if not 24/7. All the stoners at 3am would definitely be a big business opportunity for the chipotè company. Think about it.

I visited the west river chipotle October 7th.the woman serving me wiped the counter of and switched out the chicken and various containers all while wearing plastic gloves.she then asked me for my order without changing her gloves and grabbed by burrito wrap with the same gloves she wore while wiping cheese and lettuce off the counter.i asked why she did not change her gloves and she said it wasn't policy and everything was sanitary behind the counter.i find it hard to believe that the workers are allowed to clean up and then make your order without changing gloves. At the other locations they have always changed gloves.this store looks unclean and the workers seem to have no training in keeping the preparation of orders sanitary.i will not be back to this location .

I have been coming here for quite a while and its just as good as the 1st visit. Even discouraging long lines go FAST! The staff is great and friendly and always make lunch break better even on the lousiest of days. Great food great service. Keep it up!!

Worst service ever.. people who work there are really rude. Didn't like it at all and they do not serve enough food.

our office comes to this location at least once a week, the food is always fresh and hot, the people that work there are always happy and always go out of there ways to make your experience a great one.

I haven't been here yet, but hear they're great. Chipotle is suppose to be healthier than Taco Bell, and since the ingredients are fresh, will probably taste better, too. I'm excited to see how the food is prepared and how the employees treat thier customers. I wonder if they host events.

Great food for the family and like the healthy menu. Price right and great place to sit and eat.

I've been there many times. Never once had any problems. It just what you would expect. Another reviewer said they got sick from overcooked chicken. Really? how can you get sick from something that is OVER cooked.

Im a little confused on how i got a very plain steak burrito two days ago and it was $3.87. I go back today got the exact same order, and it rang up $9.09. When I told the girl, she took two dollars off and then told me it depends on who rings you up. So she felt that a tiny burrito with nothing in it was worth almost 8 bucks!! I dont understand how prices change with each person managing the register. You can keep your rip off burrito and I for one wont be coming back!

I wasted gas this evening all because of Chipotle. There was a sign on the door that said closed short on staff. I looked inside and seen 3 workers and a couple of customers that were still eating but t he door was locked. It's pouring down raining as well Chipotle inconvienced me and a lot of other customers.

Iwent to this location as I have been many times to get my bowl with steak. I was introduced to Juliana, who was my prep for the day, she was extremely rude and not wanting to perform any service for me at. She threw the bowl plate on the counter , made an effort to take her time preparing the food, was constantly rolling her eyes at me and a colleague of mine. We were terrible discussed and I did speak with the GM, but I was just a little upset at how I was treated in regards to customer service. I hope action is taken on this as soon as possible!

The food is never warm as it should be(never served hot) and the workers are not doing their job well, I always see the guys messing around while the females look to be there to work

There is no better place to eat a Burrito. They are HUGE and taste amazing. This place is always busy but moves the line quickly. I am addicted and love the fact that they let me build my food how I want. I ask for extra if I feel like it and always get it. What a great value. Thank you Chipotle to you and your amazing team at your Riverpark Location.

The food in this place like many others is great, but at a very high cost of unfair treat to their employees!!! Constant unfair treatment by immediate supervisos and managers. They treat employees like slaves, unfair break practices instead of regular lunch hours and break times like normal employers. There excuse is we are short staffed, but of course they would be with people leaving left and right with this type of unfair employee treatment. I am filing a complaint with EEOC about this and encourage anyone who has experienced this to do the same.

Location keeps going through cooks and seeing new employees all the time, different cooks maybe because some day foods are too salty and some day it does even taste like the other burritos at the other chipotle locations

Chipotle is usually good. But when I went there tonight I got a burrito bowl. My chicken was over cooked and now I am sick because of it. Make sure you watch the meat when it's cooked.
