Very bad hygiene , food particles on silver wear dirty glass could not drink out of it .

We went to eat at this restaurant on 07-21-2014. Noticed from my bank statement that someone at this restaurant added $10.00 to their tip or to our bill. Charged us additional $10.00..

Cheddars is one of the best restaurants ever! The food is wonderful and the staff really knows what it means to have great customer service! I give the humble location 2 thumbs up!

My husband took me here for my birthday in 2013. I loved it, turned to find out, half my friends knew about Cheddars and love it too. So before I moved out of Columbus ga. I had to have my last meal and drinks at Cheddars. Thank you for great drinks and food.

We went to Cheddar's last Friday night. The restaurant was not busy but it took us 45 minutes to get our meal. Our waitress constantly disappeared--it took 7 minutes from the time she delivered the check to the time she ran it. I ordered the country fried steak. The breading had no flavor and was gooey. Not impressed with any of it.

I went to eat at cheddars and the food was great, the service even better. When I went there, I had lost almost 400 dollars and when I let them know, they kept looking for it for 3 days even though it seemed kind of hopeless. They callrd back and a waitress there said she found it. I just want to thank this restaurant and the staff there because in other cases, it wouldve been long gone by now. So thank you. God bless.

Tried to eat lunch here today and had to wait for a hostess to seat us in a semi empty restaurant. Finally was seated all the way in the back with a few other tables that were occupied. Not once in 20 minutes did a server acknowledge us or offer us a glass of water. Everyone around us was waited on even after being seated after us. We were finally acknowledged only after we got up to leave!

Last last nignt I order a Chicken fried stake take out. I had to wait for over 45 mi. to get my order. The size of the chicken fried stake was large. more than I could eat . But the steak between the Batter was un eatable. tought, hard to chuee, not very good. When you first took over this place this was one of you 1st place orders. Why have you change the meat in your prise winning chicken frided steaks?

Cheddars is a wonderful dining experience. The food is wonderful, the service is great, and the prices are very reasonable. I highly recommend this restaurant!

Service Is Great Food Is Even Greater.

I went to Cheddars approximately 1100 on 18 December 2012. I informed the employee at the door I will sit in the bar area. She failed to inform me they had no server for that area at the time. I sat down and waited approximately 10-15 minutes prior to the bartender informing another employee to ask who was serving my table. Another 10 minutes expired and the server finally took my order. I only ordered grilled fish tacoes with red beans and rice. At 1140 I still had no food.

-Manager was not aware of the lack of employees to take care of customers.
