Amazing, personalized care.

I have an scheduled appointment and for 2 days I can't get anybody. They are either not available or don't care to help you if it's not the right department. I hope the service is not as bad as their customer service at the 1781 Park Centr. Dr. at Metro West.

What a waste of my time! I saw my spine dr and my primary the week of my apt and they both knew I was on an antibiotic for an ear infection and neither saw it as a problem. Then I get to cdi and after 45 minutes of waiting I am told the can't do it because the steroids negate the affect of antibiotics. I asked them to still do the injection and I would go back to my dr and get more antibiotics but no. I think I should have a right to decide which problem is a bigger issue for me and get treated accordingly. I had to miss work for nothing. So pissed.
