I was at the NW 23rd St store tonight & was about to purchase a sweater when the clerk accidentally snagged a thread on her top (it was decorated with rhinestones at the neckline). Not only did she and the manager go out of their way to help me find a replacement at another store, they also gave me 10% off for the inconvenience. She was so sweet & apologetic I couldn't even be upset. Thos is by far the best service I've received in a very long time. Not even stores like Macy's are this nice.

I love Cato's styles and affordable prices thank you Cato's for helping me dress classy with in my budget.

Ive been a loyal Cato customer for years but I will not be coming back to this Cato! We walked into the store 45 min before closing. After being there 5 min we were told to hurry up. I've never been so insulted!

Cato is my best fashion secret. I can have a stylish wardrobe complete with accessories and shoes for the best prices in town. My granddaughters now are in the girls/teens sizes so they love it too And, they are picky and VERY stylish. Best buy for my fashion budget. Never disappointed

The Churchland Cato seems to be the largest, it definitely has the best selection, & great customer service! Its always neat & orderly. I enjoy this location. Thanks Ladies!

I love Cato. The stores are always clean and organized. Staff is friendly, welcoming, and very helpful. The clothes are gorgeous. I love that I can find outfits for all events, casual, formal, and business. It's great that they offer variety in clothes, shoes, bags, accessories, perfumes. Everything I've bought from Cato has lasted much longer than expected, retained shape, color, everything. The prices are a little high, but it's worth it to be so satisfied with your purchases, and they hold special sales often. I would definitely recommend Cato for all clothing needs.

I love this store! They have great quality and a full spectrum of styles, But I think the best part is the sales staff. They are always helpfull and never pushy. I am always made to feel as if I am the only one in the store and they have all day to help me. I never get this sort of service any of the other places I shop for clothing. This is why I always shop Cato first when looking to add to my wardrobe!

The customer service was amazing. The store was well organized and was easy to shop. The store manager(Angel Scott) has created an atmosphere that makes me want to return to the store and spend money! Angel and her team represent what good customer service is all about. Cato is lucky to have a manager like her on board!
