Review for: Carquest in Bakersfield, CA
awesome service
great customer service!!!
great customer service!!!
My husband bought struts for my car a couple years ago. Was told they had a three year warranty. When he called to get new struts under warranty he was told he needed the original receipt! He was never told that when he purchased them! Why do they ask for phone & address if all they require is a receipt? I don't think they want to honor their warranties!
Great Store, Great People AndGreat Prices
these people are great, the whole crew is knowable and give service above and beyond. having been in this business for years, dealing with these people is a pleasure!
Good customer service. The lady with the ny accent is a bit over the top but troy gets me the right part every time
Very pleased, had everything I needed. Will be back
Beware of Carquest here in Oracle, AZ. Recently I had a power steering pump pulley break. The pump was fine -- just the pulley was broken. Carquest took three days to replace the pulley. On the fourth day when I asked them if my truck was fixed yet, they told me it had been fixed the prior day. It would have been nice if they could have called me to let me know it was fixed. So I go to pay the bill, but I can't because Carquest doesn't have the paperwork done yet. An hour later they have the paperwork done. Parts and labor came to $189. What a total rip off. Horrible customer service and outrageous prices. I will never do business with Oracle, AZ Carquest again.
The manager not very friendly and uses a lot of profanity.
Every other parts store is open on sunday not u guys wow! Thanks alot.
They have the best quality over autozone and advanced, they have outstanding customer service and the people are very nice. Not only are they nice to work with but they also are extremely knowledgable, especially Jim and George. Overall best car parts business around.
These guys were very helpful.
Got the correct parts and they had good prices no need to drive around looking for a better deal!!
We've used Carquest in Washington for three of our cars and have been so pleased with the service and the reasonable costs. Our cars have had some larger repairs as well as preventive maintenance and have always been very satisfied.
I used to buy all my parts from that store. But for the last year, customer service has really gone down. The manager has a really bad attitude. There is only a couple of counter persons that really knew what they were doing and with knowledge. I'm taking my business else where.
friendly , helpfull , very good machineshop
I am disappointed that no help was given. When I requested the part I needed they did not even look up the part but told me I had to go to a salvage yard. I found the part at two other stores.
my sister lives in concord, and since her husband has past away. when something goes wrong with her car she goes to them.they help her 100%.I am so glad they are there to help her and they go beyond their call .now days it hard to find a good business that takes the time to know their customer.my hats goes off to that caring store.
